I would definitely recommend Northland Nissan. I was considering purchasing a car for quiet a while but being that it would have been my first time with car payments I was, lets say, cautious. I was in to see Dom several times over the last couple of months as I flopped back and forth on what was best. Originally I was thinking that I wanted an xterra and nothing else would do. Dom took the time to really understand what I needed in a vehicle. Turns out the new frontier is exactly what was needed for the capability in the winter and the capacity to help out with the projects around the house. Im sure I was a demanding customer asking questions, which he was always willing and able to answer, and when it came time to make a deal I was looking for lots of extras that I needed, like winter tires etc. Dom was able to make me a deal that got me all the things I was looking for and into a brand new truck. Shawn and the service department help to give it that little extra that I needed and Holly walked me through the paperwork and got me onto a warranty that gives me piece of mind with my first new car. Dom even came in on his day off to make sure things went off without a hitch when I picked the truck up. Two Nissans on the driveway now so I imagine they will be seeing more of me in the future. I bought my Titan around the end of October 2013. Up until I had gone to Northland Nissan, my experience at other dealerships had been a nightmare. I had gone almost everywhere in Prince George in search of the perfect truck. I was met with attitude and disrespect from multiple sales reps across Prince George. That all changed When I met Zachary at Northland Nissan. He did something that all others had failed to do, and thats just simply listen. I told him about my previous experiences at the other dealerships, what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. In no time he had a vehicle that fit the description. When he could see that there were things I did not like. He would talk to me about what Nissan could do to make it right. Instead of trying to get me to just accept it and rush the sale. In the end, I was more than happy. I ended up with the truck that I wanted, the right colour, perfect amount of kms and was able to get a 6" Pro Comp Lift Installed, leaving my warranty still intact. None of this would have ever been possible if it werent for Zacharys outstanding interpersonal skills and his ability to go above and beyond what could ever be expected. I would highly recommend Zachary at Northland Nissan to anyone looking for a smooth hassle free purchase on their next Vehicle. You wont regret it.

I was quite pleased with my purchasing experience at Northland Nissan. Tyson Remmelg was able to answer all of my questions about the Juke via email as I am from out of town. He was able to accommodate my test drive around the limited flight timetable I was able to get. During the drive he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, and showed me everything I needed to know without an aggressive sales pitch. Very laid back and personable, he was great to work with. When I ordered the Juke, I wasnt able to get the spoiler option that I was set on, but they went above and beyond to get the stock spoiler custom painted the colour I wanted! They also mounted the winter tires as I requested, and had the summers cleanly bagged and loaded up when I arrived. The out of town buyers program was a great help, as they compensated me for my flight in and hotel stay on the day of the purchase. When everything was signed for, Tyson even came out to go over everything with my one last time, and even helped pair my phone to the bluetooth for the ride home. Overall, the staff at Northland Nissan was very good to work with, and I would highly recommend Tyson Remmelg to anyone looking for a new Nissan (as I already have several times since my purchase).

Recently, I purchased a 2013 Pathfinder SL as a tow car for our next big adventure. I spent a great deal of time researching the best tow car for our purposes and the best deals on the web. Northland offered a good start, and while dealing with Tyson online and by phone I was very impressed. He went out of his way to ensure that all my concerns, which were many when dealing without viewing the vehicle first hand, were satisfactorily addressed. Most importantly, I misunderstood the final response to my offer, rejected it and turned to negotiate on another car, but Tyson, thankfully, came back to me a couple of days later. It was his simple inquiry as to why I had turned down such a good deal that saved me from making a mistake. He resolved my misunderstanding and, when I flew in to pick up the car, I was happy with a beautiful car and a great deal. I would recommend Northland Nissan to anyone, especially out of town buyers. My name is Richard, I have been in the auto industry for nearly 10 years, My history is with Sherwood Nissan and the Harms Group, I am also a broker with ProCredit. Our morning started off very upsetting when Canadian Tire had changed their commitment to us and went back on their oath to get two of our vehicles inspected for out of province. We had drivers on the way for 14 hours on the road, a family meeting us from hours away in Prince George and time was of the essence. Shawn Tyacke Jr. has blown us away, I called at least 8 dealerships, shops, and even had an argument with the General Manager at Canadian Tire. I was blown away with the disrespect we were shown from Canadian Tire and advise anyone against servicing their vehicles there. My children and I planned to replace our family van. My son did a lot of research with all the different kinds of vehicles & manufacturers out there. We encountered JAMIE BELLAMY a few times and HE is the reason we kept coming back to Northland Nissan. Jamie, at each encounter, was the most professional salesperson we had the pleasure of dealing with. We had a lot of questions and chose to do the purchase at our own pace. Never once did Jamie, or anyone else at Nissan, every pressured us in any way. Besides Jamie, it is the quality of our Murano that really impresses me. After having the vehicle home for a bit I know we made the right decision with Northland Nissan. Again I cannot explain how impressed I was with JAMIE BELLAMY and the Northland Nissan team.

Tyson and Jared were very good to deal with. Very quick responses to all questions via both email and phone as I preferred, making it easy convenient. I did a lot of shopping all around BC and these guys hooked me up with the best deal, both with the initial quote and after working out all the details. Doesnt matter what part of the province you are from, get in touch with these guys and see what they can do for you (i.e. delivered our Murano to Kamloops). Also, if you are in the market for a mid size SUV, take a Murano for a drive...such a pleasure!
