I went to Kal Tire for the first time this week for three reasons... first one was hearing about a Kal Tire Service Truck helping out a stranded driver just because he saw her in trouble with a flat tire - this was shared by the distressed driver on the radio; second reason is that I took my van to another shop and they said that there was no problem... when there was; third was that my employer has an employee preferred pricing program at Kal Tire. I called Kal Tire first to explain the issue, followed up with an email and then brought my van in with no appointment required. The service advisor Chris knew exactly who I was and helped me out right away. They performed a diagnostic that picked up the problem without charge (as I had already been charged for one at another shop) and was able to get my van in the next day to get the problems fixed up! Friendly, fast and knowledgeable service! Thanks Kal Tire!

I was a kal tire person until they broke my trust in them. One day i hit a nail and had to replace to the spare tire to even get the van down their. They did not touch the tire that had a hole in it and would not even just change the one tire without the other one. I took it back up the hart to Lucians and he fixed it without problem in less than 5 minutes. I was loyal since they helped my dad and me before and cheaper than most others but they doing this lost my trust and i will not be going back again

Did not like their service. Staffs werent friendly at all. I moved from lower mainland, and didnt know much about snow tires. Staff was not knowledgable and was not patient to answer my question. Not really a professional enviroment. And their customer service really needs improvement. This place definitely is not comparable to other Kal Tire stores that I have been to. Personally I dont think I will ever visit them again.

I always receive the best service ever, they take very good care of me and my vehicle, going above and beyond, being honest and upfront with me and they show their appreciation for my loyalty. Our first visit with Kal Tire was phenomenal from the moment we walked in the door we got greeted, and asked what we needed help with, and a service guy came to help right away. Then our next visit we mixed up our appointment time they still took the time to help us with our problem with record time as they were running late. Brought my car in on an emergency with a nail very close to the side wall. Chris Milum got me in without issue and fixed the tire for me and got me back on the road to the lower mainland. Couldnt have asked for better service
