Anyone purchasing from here via internet sales BE AWARE. First time around the truck arrived in very poor condition (major mechanical concerns) despite several conversations prior assuring it was inspected and good to go. Yes the dealer agreed to fix the problems that I immediately noticed on delivery, but what if I wasnt mechanically inclined and completely took there assurances the truck was good? It should also be noted that the dealer did not do the repairs but farmed out the work to some private garage. Second time the truck arrived it still had an obviously leaking transfer case but I took it anyway as I needed something to drive and this was dragging out. When I asked to exchange the truck on a new vehicle the following week, they offered approximately 60% of what I just paid on trade value. The sales managers lied and hoped I wouldnt catch it.

Great selection of vehicles, no matter what your budget, theyve got something that can match it. They have a great sales team and truly anybody will help you out, but wont push you into something you dont want. Myself, I have earned the loyal trust from Jasmine Ulmer, as shell go out of her way to make sure that your new vehicle purchase, lease, or trade-in process will be simple and head-ache free. Shes with you every step of the way, and will also follow-up with you after in case you have any questions and how youre enjoying your new ride.! When you stop in, you may happen to catch her singing or humming a new tune, which is a great testament to her creativity and appreciation for what shes doing! Dont be afraid to ask for her during your next purchase, shell be more than happy to help you out!!

I felt like royalty every time I drove up and the vehicle I was interested in was backed up to the door. Westridge quickly began to feel like home and I am sad the process is over. The team of people working with me were totally awesome and made every step of my vehicle purchase enjoyable. Garett was very patient with me and my agonizing decision making process. He found me exactly what I was looking for not ONCE but TWICE, only because I changed my mind! Val was great showing me the ins and outs of my new vehicle and keeping my two year old daughter entertained while I sorted out the details. Don was wonderful to deal with and made our financing and registering process quick and painless. I will definitely be back to Westridge for my next vehicle, that’s for sure!

I first inquired about a vehicle I had seen on the Westridge website. Within a few minutes Morgan was in contact with me via e-mail and we set up a meeting for me to come and test drive a new Sierra. They didnt have the trim package I was looking for in stock at the time, but as soon as one came in Morgan made sure to contact me and let me know the truck I was looking for was there. Every person that I dealt with from the front desk, to the sales manager to the finance department was polite, friendly and made me feel welcome. After I purchased my new truck I was given a tour of the facility and shown where the service department was and who my service consultant would be. I couldnt be happier with my experience at Westridge.

This by far was the best used car experience I ever had. It was worth the drive to Lloydminster to be treated so well on all levels from the initial telephone inquiry, salesperson, sales manager, finance, and others! While we were busy with paperwork, my children were given a tour of the dealership, treated like family and made very comfortable by staff members. There was a vehicle recall, which was taken care of for us while we were sent for lunch (nice touch!) This was truly the most positive experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! The entire team I had contact with, was truly a Great Team! Other dealerships should base their customer service plan on this particular dealership!

Several weeks ago, I was looking into buying a ¾ ton gmc from your dealership. Knowing how traditional car salesman work, I was very skeptical when Josh Gram(?) came up to talk to me. He certainly changed my perception of that a salesman should be like. He was insightful, professional and informative. I’d highly recommend anyone buying a vehicle to talk to Josh: Great dealership and great service. Even though I didn’t buy the truck (I bought a Sports car instead), when Josh called me to follow up, he was still very courteous, helpful and understanding to my decision. Would Highly Recommend Hi, I recently broke down in Lloydminister on my way home to Wakaw Sk. from Edmonton. I arrived at Westridge at around 8:00pm and there happened to be a very friendly emloyee of Westridge that said he knew what the problem was and could have me on my way home in the morning. I was VERY,VERY, HAPPY and impressed, I was on my way home in the morning and the problem was solved. I would reccommend this dealership to any and everyone for their excelant service and experiance. Took my 2011 Equinox in to find out why it smelled of fuel right after starting. Service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable, and soon I was on my way to work thanks to the free shuttle service. Dealership diagnosed and fixed the problem properly, on time and definitely on budget. This is the second dealing I have had with this dealership and both times I have been very impressed with the service, the quality of work and the after service follow ups. Definitely a 5 star experience. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Called Mary Joy night before with an emergency service needed next morning on my 4x4 as I needed my vehicle for business trip. Dealt with Ashlee when I came in and she was amazing!! Super friendly, called me to keep me abreast of what problem was, and what was needed to be done to vehicle to make sure it was safe for me to travel next day on my business trip. Ashlee made the whole experience pleasant & seamless and I enjoyed chatting with her as we did business. Terrific experience...thanks Westridge!

I would highly recommend this dealership. I found the sales staff, specifically my salesman (Josh) to be very helpful with all my questions, he was very accommodating to my various requests and didnt pressure me into anything that I did not want. The service staff have been excellent with maintaining my Enclave and very friendly. I would recommend this dealership and will be sending family and friends.

Josh was excellent. He was very responsive, honest and easy to get along with. Crystal was very helpful and was able to answer any questions that I came up with. Not sure why the service department puts decals on crooked but that was really the only thing that went wrong with the whole experience. Truck is awesome and I would definately check westridge out again in the future.
