Bridgett responded promptly to a query on an Autotrader ad. At that point someone else had spoken for the vehicle but as promised she contacted me a few days later when the original deal fell through. We settled on a fair price by email without the usual crap I have received from other used sales personnel. When we test drove the car, Bridgett was available on time, friendly and helpful. The vehicle itself was as advertised and in excellent condition. We had short dealings with finance guy Kyle but he was professional and pleasant. During the search for this vehicle and a previous one for my daughter, we have dealt with so many misrepresentations and outright scams from dealers and private sellers alike that it was a pleasure to conduct straightforward business on a vehicle with good history and condition.

I received excellent service from very friendly staff. Ray got me an excellent deal and ordered the exact truck I was looking for. Very happy with the truck and everything that was promised was delivered. Rays knowledge of trucks also helped with my decision. i had to wait 3 weeks for them to finally get done with my truck, even after i received my truck it was still incomplete , missing overhead dome light ,they saftied the vehicle didnt give me a spare tire (illegal), after 3 days i had 2 front flat tires, broken e-brake cable, and my passenger handle came off . The sales people are very nice and try hard but the service was terrible ,first and last dealershp buy.

Although, we havent bought a vehicle from this dealership as of yet, we did stop in and inquire about more information on a vehicle of interest. Front desk staff were very personable and friendly. To be honest, sales staff from this dealership (Kev Ramsay) seemed more knowledgeable about both his products and his competitors, than the sales staff from a different dealership were with their own products.

I did not receive a response from my request for a test drive through email, however Marilyn made up for that with her friendliness. We ended up staying overnight due to not getting my credit approval back in time but that is not the dealerships fault. So overall it was a good experience and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this dealership. Thanks my daughter loves her "new" car!

Have to say getting my new equinox at Ulmer Chev was pretty easy. There are soo many options these days in regards to SUVs, and lets face it I wanted something that would look sleek and still perform as the studies show. I love my equinox and I love the fact that buying it was simple and no headache afterwards because Ulmer Chev salesteam did their job!

Salesman was friendly and pleasant, but that is to be expected. There was absolutely no negotiating on the price of a used vehicle. Was dismissed without being given a counter offer. If they cant make a ton of cash off you in one shot, they arent interested in your business.
