My husband and I had been shopping for a truck for a few weeks, and had narrowed it down to two options; one of them being a Toyota Tundra. We had never owner a Toyota, but had heard some really great things about this specific dealership, and about the Toyota line up, so figured we would give this a shot, and boy am I more than happy we did! Right from the get go, we were greeted with a casual (but still professional) easy going and fun vibe, even though it was after 6pm and home time for these gents (the dealership was closed), both Aseem and Jason made sure we knew they wanted to work with us, and that they were 100% interested in what we (not just my husband) were looking for. From there it was all about how much time we had (not keeping us in the dealership all day) what we liked, what we could afford, and what we needed. I had already used Toyotas on line calculator (which is amazing as well if you are looking- you can select financing options or lease, and whatever vehicle and package, and it will tell you what you will pay - excluding insurance and extended warranties which are up to you), so I knew what I was looking for, but Aseem made sure we had everything we needed and that we stuck to our budget, and was just hilariously fun to have show us the options on our truck. Thank you Mike for making sure we knew all of our finance options, and thank you Aseem for you help in finding us the right truck!!

Great customer service and very accommodating. Unfortunately a month and a half after purchase of my vehicle (3 days before Christmas) the clutch burnt out and needed a brand new fly wheel. After the 6K expense on that it is looking like there may be some power issues that I will have to address. Overall, some buyers remorse seeing how I could have just bought the car brand new instead of used. Dont get me wrong, its still a great car though but I will have to eat the expenses that come with it. 04May2017 Response to the owner: Hi Danny, It is unfortunate that your management team does not recall my conversation regarding my problem. This may have been due to the fact that it was around Christmas. I did however email my concerns to the same staff that I had been corresponding with when I was in the phases of buying my vehicle, with no response. Currently I am on the fence about trading my vehicle in as I am once again having to take it into Edmonton to be serviced for a check engine light. I understand your having action a response to low star ratings but please understand between work and having to resolve issues with my vehicle I have very little time to contact your offices just to be disappointed by the outcome. I do hope you will do what you can to prevent this from happening to future Silverwood customers. All the best!

I recently purchased a Rava 4in July, from Silverwood. I thought I was doing a good thing until I went for first service. They had to change the cabin filter. Yay right was not that dirty. But in a hurry I said ok. First service was more than thought. Then Friday a ended up with a flat tire.Odd the warning light did not come on?Oh I guess this car does not havbe that options? I had purchased extra insurance for tires so thought this was going to be a breeze. Called tow truck alls good. Tire was not repairable! Screw in it. So put dummy tire on. and waited. Phoned Monday no tire, told it was shipped. Phoned tuedsay no tire, it was then maybe coming from Vancouver? There is no tires for this vehicle in Alberta??? Its only fair to complain on there web site and not publicly, like face book, but with no service, they have kind of GOT you. How does a person get good service without being angry??? Sorry!! THIS IS NOT SERVICE>Finally Wed. tire. Showed up at one oclock tire was already on rim. I finally got my car back with new tire at 3:00 WOW!! THATS SERVICE!!!!!!

I cannot compliment Rob enough on his low key, personable, non-pressure approach to dealing with customers. I never felt pressured once when dealing with him on my Toyota purchase. From the first handshake, through the picking of a vehicle that matched MY price range, to test drive, and finally to the final handshake when he gave me my keys he was an absolute star to deal with. When dealing with Mike he was more patient with me than I would have been with myself. He worked with MY schedule and made sure I was aware of every detail that would affect me when it came to the financial end. Even put in some extra research to see what I can and cannot qualify for due to the nature of my work. I would absolutely come back to them or recommend them to anyone for a vehicle purchase.

Bought used vehicle Toyota sienna in this dealership, last week toyota recall the vehicle to update the engine cooler pipe. I use in my vehicle AMSOIL and it been changed already, just for info AMSOIL change recommendation 25000 + 10000 km dependent of using condition and toyota oil 10000 + - 2000 dependent of using condition. Lloydminster toyota technicians refill engine oil with toyota conventional oil, with it made a oil cocktail, however before I told the service manager, that I use AMSOIL and on the engine is info use AMSOIL. After fact, I have to drain the mixed engine oil. The toyota lloydminster do not wanted to compensate my loss however it happen from bad professionalism of the management the dealership.

"This Review is from my mother Marcie" Never had a problem, always well received at the dealership, even for warrenty work. Everyone there gave great service. They were on-time, friendly, honest. Their prices could be matched though. Just a nice group of people to deal with. The service people are excellent. Aseem Sashdev gave me what I asked for, and wasnt pushy about anything. And Ive recommended him to other people. Bought one of my earlier vehicles from Jason Lazerte, Hes alot like Aseem, not pushy, very helpful, he will do very well in management. Would recommend Silverwood Toyota Llloyminster to friends and family alike.

I cant recommend this dealer - had a less than ideal experience. Quite pushy, intimidating/vocal, and their so-called "doc fees" are absolutely exorbitant compared to other dealers. All they focus on is "what do you want your payment to be?"...you know, that sneaky sleazy sales tactic! In the end, they have a certain number of models designated to sell per year...and on popular vehicles they know theyll sell anyways...your not going to get a deal and they arent the least bit interested in giving you one. Please do yourself a favor a visit another dealer, and one that isnt part of this chain. I did...and saved THOUSANDS!

Silverwood Toyota truly can stand behind offering customers a great experience start to finish. I had been watching the market for RAV4s for quite some time and not only were their prices comparable, competitive, and often the cheapest, they were able to assist me with an out of City purchase and have everything ready for a streamline pickup as I was on a tight schedule. Their staff are friendly, helpful, and you can tell they care about you as a person, not you as a sale - and I believe thats why they will continue to excel in all they do!
