This is a review that was written on my Chris at Honda Facebook page from a customer. "I recently purchased a 2016 Civic from Lloydminster Honda, and am thrilled with the service I received from Chris and his team. I was moving across the country to begin a new job, so I had a lot on my plate and needed to get through the car buying process as smoothly as possible. My dealings with Chris were solely through phone calls, texts, and emails; yet, Chris was able to create a connection cross-country as he went out of his way to instil a confidence in me that I would be taken care of fairly and efficiently. On the day I arrived at Lloydminster Honda, the very first thing I noticed was my new car parked right out front waiting for me. After weeks of stressing about the big move, this provided such relief to know Chris had come through for me. He even had brand new travel mugs waiting in the cup holders - a little extra goes a long way! Before I left, Chris took me for a drive to ensure I was aware of the special features my new car had to offer. As someone who doesnt know much about cars, this made a big difference in how safe I felt driving it off the lot. The following morning, Chris sent me a message to check in. He genuinely wanted to know how my first day with the car had gone. He also let me know that he will be there as a resource for me should I have any questions or concerns in the future. I want to offer a big thank you to Chris at Lloydminster Honda! I know it cant be easy to trust in a long distance customer, but I am so pleased that Chris trusted in me and put in the extra time and effort to get me my dream car. I am pleased to see that this level of caring customer service still exists out there. I will be a customer at Lloydminster Honda for years to come."

What an absolutely incredible place to do business. I dont very often leave reviews, but the level of service that I have received from this Honda dealership exceeds anything I have received anywhere, in any country, and any industry. All of their staff, from management, from the pro shop, and even a staff member who just happen to live close by, all really came together to make my shopping experience absolutely outstanding. Every effort was made to treat me like a valued and appreciated customer, I didnt even feel like I was shopping. It felt more like I was giving a close friend some money for something they had purchased on my behalf. I dont live anywhere near Lloydminster, but these folks took customer service to the nines. I wish more businesses were aware of the incredible value a first impression makes, and I will be a huge advocate for this company and the people that work for it.

I work at Lloydminster Honda and can tell you with every fibre of my being that Barry Russell and Louis DeKock are two of the most stand up guys you will ever do business with. Barry is a fantastic General Manager and he is great to work for and with. Our whole team thrives on making the customer happy - we want you to leave with a smile on your face. Lloydminster Honda is a family business and we hope to make your purchase a fun one. Andy is just like a little brother and he knows just about anything and everything about our Hondas, and we cant forget Preston - hes our cutest salesman :) Come on down and find out for yourself. Its hard to believe what some people will write anonymously - the coffees on and the smiles are genuine and free. Hope to see you soon.

Ive taken my car in several times, and was able to get everything done on short notice. During my last visit, which took 4+ hours to complete the work, the sales team helped to provide a socialable environment and even gave my foster son some free merchandise out of their own pockets. The 4+ hours work was no fault of theirs but that of mother nature making things rusty; the service team worked until 6:30 PM could have charged me for every hour of labour, but they chose not to. This was much appreciated. (Feb. 2015) Just bought a new 2015 Civic. The customer service from the sales team that has been assisting me with my purchase over the last few days was excellent. I couldnt have asked for a better car shopping experience. Thank you! (July 2015)

One time I went to Lloydminster Honda and asked for tires that would fit my car with a set of rims I had sitting around. They did the install and I paid. When I got on the road I found that the tires were too big and made my car undriveable. I went back, they told me it was my fault and refused to give a refund. It may sound like Im leaving out parts of this story that would put me at fault, but please understand that this is not the case. Over $700 wasted and they didnt care. Stay clear of Lloydminster Honda because once they have your money they will leave you high and dry at he first sign of complications. Perhaps instances like this is how they can afford such a beautiful building.

A different shop told me I had some very expensive work to be done on my car. I took it to the Honda service department. I told the service desk what they found and asked for a quote. Essentially they could have gone ahead and done the work, and I would have paid for it. Instead they checked it out and had the integrity to tell me nothing has to be replaced. I found the staff very friendly and efficient, and their service rates are very reasonable. I will be back for my service needs.

I just bought a Honda Accord there and I am very please with the service I got. The salesperson are friendly and they back their words. I strongly suggest this place if your thinking about buying a Honda. I just brought my car in today to fix a problem that was out of their control and the service I got is excellent. PS: Sorry for the spelling.... english is not my first language.

I just bought my first new bike on Saturday. I was very pleased with how the sales and financing staff at Lloydminster Honda treated me. They went above and beyond what I expected. The were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely go back.

Barry Russel is a guy who will tell you anything for a sale. Used to sell at Westridge and told me to never buy a import car. Funny he is selling them now. Also sold me a car that couldnt pass a safety and had no numerous problems. Dont trust the guy!
