There is no one in Lloyd more crooked then the manager of this Kaltire. The guy refused to fill a flat tire because it didnt have 80% air in it.. I wanted to shake him. If it had 80% air in the tire I wouldnt need it filled. He then tried to tell me I needed a new tire because it was beyond repair, but oh yeah, I needed 4 new tires to make a set. I drove it to Fountain Tire on the flat, the good people at Goodyear Fountain fixed my flat and filled it for free of charge. Ive since ran 25,000 km on it since and about to replace my tires with Goodyears now because of the clown at Kaltire that tried to con me.

I went to KalTire to have 3 new tires put on my car. My car was brought in immediately and was finished in no time. I was treated with respect and found the people who handled my car problems to be very helpful and did their best to make things as easy and reasonable as possible for me. Michael and Ryan were the two men who I dealt with. I was given good advice about tire wear and how to help prevent it as I was leaving.

I was just driving through and noticed my tires were low on air. They offered to take a look and fixed everything free of charge, and even though it was free they were absolutely amazing with treating me like a full paying customer. I need a new set of tires soon and I think I know who I want to go to just based on the good experience I had there.

Honesty, Integrity, Transparency I took my car in to have my winter tires removed and summers put on. It turned out 2 of my summer tires had been accidentally damaged by a previous employee when I had them changed in the fall. Riley admitted what had happened and discounted me 2 new tires! Talk about excellent service!

If I could give 100 stars I would I live about a hour away from Lloyd and my lug nuts came loose after I tightened them my truck was making a grinding sound I called Ama and they towed me here and turns out a pin was causing the sound they got me in right away and didnt even charge me! They are nice fast and honest.

I would highly recommend them for the professional, quick & friendly service they provided to everyone who came in while I was there. After we left my 4 year old even said "We should do that again some time!" ☺

Kal-Tires are overpriced, but at least this one has good service. They honoured the treadwear warranty on my Nokians without a fuss and got me in and out fast.
