Three strikes and you guys are out.bad experience each time ive come in to the dealership or asked for help. First issue was an interior heat problem i had with a new vehicle.it lost heat in the winter inside the vehicle.brought it to the dealer they flushed the coolant out under warranty.that didnt fix it.returned the same vehicle twice for the same unresolved no heat issue to have the dash removed and heater core replaced twice. Got my vehicle back with scratch marks all over the right hand fender. (Black vehicle).got an apology over scratched paint. Long story short that vehicle was traded off to a diff. Dealer for a different vehicle due to an unresolved hvac problem. Twice now ive been to your parts dept. With no compromise on your inflated parts prices. I get it you need to make some money but doubling the price of a part that you dont stock just because it says mopar on it? Thanks for nothing. I called another dealer an hour away that was more than willing to deal with me on the parts. I will not return to buy another vehicle from you,buy parts or use your service team.

I had a great experience dealing with Denham Chrysler in my recent truck purchase. The bulk of our correspondence was done by email as I am located in BC. I found the staff to be very informed in regards to the vehicle, email response was extremely quick and accurate; and finalizing the negotiations over the phone on Christmas eve occurred without delay. Truck and all required documentation was delivered to a mutually agreeable location on time. Truck was exactly as advertised. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I had the n49 recall, made a service appointment. So asked whats being replace, they told me over the phone an in person that the part would be replaced in the front end an also alignement , Never had the truck in there before I decided to called other local dodge dealers to find out what parts were being replaced an they were more then happy to give me all the answers I inquired , dont go there In fact I will be cancelling my appointment an dealing with the recal elsewhere , bunch of idiots in there

They screwed me in more ways than one. They have terrible service and are not willing to follow through on promises made when you were signing papers. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. Save yourself the massive headache and go elsewhere. My new truck was in the shop 9 times in the first 4 months.. and they were never helpful or even attempting to make the situation better but instead treated me like an annoyance. when in reality I was the one massively annoyed and fuming.

New Purchases: There prices are high and they will nickel and dime you to death. If you buy here get quotes from other dealers and then go in. Service: Its crap. They charge for anything they can even if you have warranty. They arent capable of finding the problem that you describe unless you go on a drive with them and point it out. When the "fix" something, it generally is of poor quality and needs to go back in. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Bought a used truck from another dealer Bluetooth didnt work. Truck was under warranty so I took it to denham they had the truck in the shop 4 times and still no answers. Finally said this is enough took it to vermilion they had it fixed in a few hours no charge. Ontop of that I was told denham wouldnt try any of the things there hot line was asking them to do to fix the problem wont be going back

Sales woman I dealt with only cared about bottom line. Shystered us on a 2 year warranty saying we would get cash back. Dealership is now saying we cannot have it refunded. Called the agency, they said it was a matter of "clicking a box". Now were out 3000$ plus fees and interest. We will never purchase from your location, or affiliated dealers again.

Sucky service! Got a used vehicle, paying bi-weekly, motor went, they cant fix it or do anything because its not brand new! Still stuck paying payments for the next 3-4 years even though vehicle doesnt run. Hate it!!!!
