The Service Team at Boundary Ford really work hard to provide an organized environment that caters to the needs of the customer. I was pleased with the level of customer service the moment I walked in the door. The service desk was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my car in and looked after. They called frequently to let me know of any updates and assured me of any changes in the situation of the service job. The service job on my car took a little longer than anticipated due to a shipment of parts but the service team arranged for me to have a virtually brand new Focus to drive as I had an appointment to attend. A courtesy car to drive was not expected on my side but was a wonderful surprise and eased the burden of being without a vehicle immensely! I really couldnt have been treated any better than at this dealership. The Boundary Ford Service Team seems to have a flawless continuous circle of looking after the customer from start to finish. I have never been so pleased.

Everyone has a different expectation when it comes to work being performed by the dealer versus a 3rd party auto service outfit. I personally hold Ford to a high standard and expect excellence when it comes to service. The Lloydminster Boundary Ford service department is made up of some really outgoing and friendly individuals. Their attitudes are consistent and they conduct themselves professionally. They all demonstrate intelligence, are accommodating, very patient, respectful and best of all, hold themselves accountable. My vehicle has been in for service several times the past 1.5 years and I give the team a well above average rating. Special thanks to Kurt, Kerry, Tom, Tony, Miles, Bride, Sheryl and everyone else within the service department who contribute to making the Boundary Ford service team a success.

I would like to say that my experience was one that doesnt happen often this day and age....I felt that I was very important to the gentleman that took care of me, that all of my needs were met...I also felt he was very genuine in that attitude, and that it was not something he just put on...I also recognized the same attitude he had for the customer that was after me.... It is too bad that I live in B.C., because I would definitely travel a greater distance to have my vehicle serviced by him than someone else, and that he is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL in the service industry....I do thank him for making my day and I will use his attitude as a mark to judge other professionals in my life... I live in Edmonton but purchased my F150 from Boundary Ford in Lloydminster because I heard of their competitive pricing and fantastic service. This past weekend was no exception. I made the trip to Boundary Ford this past weekend to get my protection package put on, and the process could not have been easier! The staff were truly amazing - friendly and courteous and I was given a loaner vehicle. They detailed the entire vehicle for me at no charge and the work was completed ahead of schedule. This is a fantastic dealership, where customer service really means something beyond just "getting a sale". Ill continue to buy from this dealership! Thanks again!

i phoned shawn up and asked him if he had time to do some work on our van. he replied immediately and told us when the parts would be available then he phoned back within minutes to see when the best time would be for us.its agood thing he checked our tires because one of them had woren down real fast. apparently we had 2 broken rims and thats what caused it to wear down. he checked around and found us some rims because none were available in saskatchewan so were extremely grateful he went above and beyond his duty by being so thoughtful and curtieous to us. thanks a million for a job well done. shawn. we appreciate it.

Great experience! I traveled from Cold Lake to purchase my new Ford Explorer from Boundary Ford. Although I explored other options and other dealerships from Cold Lake to Edmonton, Boundary gave me the best deal. Scott, the sales associate, was extremely helpful in selecting the right model for me. His knowledge of the vehicle and the options available was key to my selecting the right vehicle. Stacey in finance went out of her way to make sure that we got the best deal on financing. I will recommend Boundary Ford anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Had an excellent experience with the service to my truck. They took the time to go on a road test with me to understand the issue. Once the issue was determined then they got the parts and installation sorted and had the truck back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Appreciate the shuttle service. Service personnel were pleasant and professional to deal with. I would recommend them.

Amanda unger did everything and then some to make sure i got into the truck i wanted...a 2016 f250 xlt diesel....love it even gave me more for my trade then the chevy dealer i bought it from. Then stacy westlake got me the financing i wanted, they both worked a ton of getting everything right so that my family and i could come get our new truck. Thanks again Amanda and Stacy!!!!

I was lucky to get in. Looked for an oil change and filter. I had some def in the back seat as my light was on. Boundary filled it without asking. Not a big deal however I was sitting in the lounges and if asked I would have declined the service. Good initiative however the work performed was beyond the scope I asked. Paid for the def however I would have rather not.

Although I usually have a positive experience getting service at boundary Ford this time was not. I had an appointment BOOKED days in advance for an oil change and I was out of the dealership 2.5 hours later... Which to me wasted 2 hours of my morning waiting. So not sure why booking does not take presidency over walk ins...
