"HORRIBLY CARELESS" "GROSSLY OVERCHARGED" Went in for the same AMSOIL service I have had done on this and many other cars before and, although my fault for not asking in advance, WAS CHARGED ALMOST DOUBLE what I normally pay elsewhere!!! They were calling the oil filter a "Special filter" lol This place is "Special".... The service interval posted on my windshield had the next change due in 5000 K which would not even meet the minimum severe service interval for a standard OE oil change for this particular LINCOLN ECOBOOST with proper oil and filter done. 8000 K MINIMUM!!!! This Amsoil change? Good for 24000 K! Nice try.... Was told by the "mechanic" (lol) that my "Ram air thing"as he called it (my cold air intake) needed service. Not only does he not know what it is called but quite obviously has no idea of what it should look like. It is absolutely fine. The next two are what really P***ed me off. Got home and noticed my hood sticking up at the front so I opened it to find !!!!!!!!!!!"HE HAD PINCHED MY BLOCK HEATER CORD UNDER THE HOOD BUMPER!!!!!!! Then I wash my car and find two body panels popped out directly in front of the rear wheel wells. The only way these could pop out is from pushing out from the inside (not possible without removing inner wheel well). or from being pushed up from the bottom. THE HOIST MUST HAVE BEEN PLACED DIRECTLY UNDER THE BODY PANELS THEMSELVES!!!!! Thankfully no damage. I was able to correct these things myself. One simple oil change. AT LEAST 4 mistakes. How much worse can it get!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER WILL I EVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my safari van here and they diagnosed it with an engine needing replaced. I trusted them and told them when they were doing the work to keep me informed throughout the process. If there were old parts I wanted them replaced. They did not call me until they were done. The van drove for two days and I had to take it back in. They told me there was nothing wrong. A day later my heater quits in -45° weather. There are also many other things that are different like lights in the dash not working, the shifter doesnt indicate when its in drive, the engine makes a terrible grinding/squealing sound and more and they sent me home with this thinking they did good. My mistake is I paid them. They miss managed the whole thing and now I wonder if I had taken the van to another shop they might have been able to fix it as it was. Now the van sits and they wont even look at it without charging me more money. Im not a novice to this and I am fully aware they fully failed on this one. How this company stays in business is beyond me. I am thousands in and my van is sitting there with a new engine and I cant use it. All my thumbs down to this company. I would go to mechanic school and fix my vehicles myself before I will ever go back to All Out Auto Repair. Terrible and very expensive experience. Toying with the idea of taking them to small claims court. Maybe Ill put an add out in the paper and see how other people have been totally swindled by this "mechanic shop".

Excellent shop. I have been taking vehicles to All-Out for several years. From safety inspections to more in depth repairs, i have always been very pleased with the service . Always treated with respect and straight forward communication in the front end and also the times i did talk to one of the mechanics. Items were explained before repairs and quotes have been on target. If an additional item was found during a repair or service, they contact me immediately and discuss. I recommend you call All-Out.

Excellent customer service! My vehicle recently decided to quit at a 4 way intersection during the busy lunch hour - of course - very stressful. Darren personally came to get my vehicle and pick me up. My vehicle was fixed that afternoon. I have been going to this shop for the past 12 years. The staff are professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend to family, friends and anyone looking for honest, reliable work at a reasonable price. 5 Stars.

Worst mechanics around. i spent 2600 dollars in repairs only to have my car run worse. They broke my wheel bearing , cv shaft and e brake shoe. which i never had a problem with till they touch it during a safety. I didnt listen to the other reviews warning of there carelessness , but hopefully no one else gets screwed by them. I wouldnt trust them putting air in my tire.

I took my car there when I was down visiting in lloyd. They took me in the next day to make sure it was top notch before I venture home. They were fast and way cheaper then my town. It only cost I think 70 or 80 bucks to get it inspected and in my town it starts at 120 + and at least a week wait. Quick service and very nice workers there. Would definitely go back!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Took my vehicle there for a safety. They told me it needed a new inner tie rod and power steering rack. Took it to ford to get it fixed and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Passed the safety. This was one day later. So i ended up paying for 2 safeties. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You get what you pay for.

If its simple and a gas vehicle they seem ok Dont take your diesel truck here!! They hosed us for 1700 because they just didnt know what the problem was to begin with. After all was said and done they had a slight idea of what needed to be done. Or they knew the whole time and just wanted to get some extra cash..

Took my truck there for Alberta out of province inspection yesterday. They were very courteous and professional. They called me right away when the truck was ready. A good positive experience.

Got my truck in quick, which was very much appreciated. Fixed transfer case seal and had me back on the road in just a few hours. Price of work was very fair. Id visit again for sure!
