What incompetent, it takes weeks to have an appointment reminder. Go to the garage for any reason whatsoever means returning ol PCQ there a new problem, not solve problem, not the item in stock. They inflate the tires not even when you do the seasonal change. They try to make you pay for the car hire courtesy delay because they have not the room. When you whining to the manager they change their minds but they found something else on your chariot to repay your bad no choice PCQ ca plays warranty. And they point out to you. The staff is very friendly but incompetent! !!!

I was very disappointed with the poor service I received in that branch. In addition, they try to tarnish the image of their competitors (neighboring) saying that their ads are lies. I found it especially dishonest than their neighbors (Beauport Mazda) announced the promotion complied with a very good customer service. Finally, I do not recommend Kia Beauport and I invite you, in the worst case, to make a turn at Mazda Beauport before buying at this location. Good luck!!

I have a funny relationship with this dealer. You end always ended by repairing the items still under warranty, but whew, it has not always been easy. Now that my warranty is over, not sure Ill go back for repairs, let alone buy a new car. Having read the reviews of others, I am not surprised at what I read. Its unfortunate, but the customer service seems of another generation. In short, I do not recommend.

Je vien de me faire achalé par tu télémarketing par une madame qui me vente les promotion en cour et veux prendre un rendez-vous avec moi. Je nai JAMAIS fait affaire avec ce garage NI JAMAIS fait lachat de voiture KIA. Je ne suis en rien le public visé et je suis agacé au plus au point par ce type de vente au telephone.
