Dear Hyundai Val-bélair, Friday, May 13, 2016, around 15:30. I showed up with the intention of buying a used car. J had a talk with your advisable (Mr. J, not to call it) the phone. We HEARD for a road test, even in the hour. I have EVEN bothered to tell him Id be there in 15 minutes .... When I got there ... your advisor N THERE WAS NOT !!! Since I am someone who gives it a chance, I sat and I have waited 15 minutes, the time that it becomes available ... After about ten minutes, I left with a VERY opinion nEGATIVE the place !! Going home, I m waiting for a service equal to that I would have been if I had come to a NEW car! MAYBE my current situation does not allow me but who knows, maybe Id be back later to buy a nice new car. I guarantee that I will not Generais me to share my experience with all around me! NOTE: The only person who showed his souciante is the receptionist (which I salute the way) who all tried to reach someone who offered me a bottle of water.

For starters, what the garage !! The best dealer I visited until now. warm welcome and after the real fun begins. sales team that listens, transparent and ready to do anything for us. I had negative equity on my focus is 2014 To (yes I know I shouldve never buy Ford) but we could easily agree on a deal that was the case on both sides !! (Special mention to Francis, my advisor, # 1) Buy a Elantra 2016, especially buy a car without feeling of being stuff is very rare. I got the same service as at honda of the capital when I buy my civic (because it is the same owner for the two concessionaires). Asked my winter tires from Focus on the Elantra, let me summer new Elantra tire in the trunk, all in a few minutes during the signing of papers. Discount car in superb condition and (finally) someone who not put too much pressure when it comes time ll guarantee talked extended, insurance, rust inhibitors, treatment paint etc ... Anyway ... so go there before going elsewhere !!

They buy used cars in other Quebec City and then resell the TOMORROW EVENING for $ 2500 more ... Kia Forte Koup SX Luxury 13500 $ + Tx blue 2014 with 55000km for sale at Laquerre Ford in Victoriaville Thursday, June 22, 2017 and the next night they sell the same car (besides a few km longer) for $ 16,000 + Tx .. . funny, they buy a used car, add him km and POUFFFFFF !!! it takes $ 2,500 value! Last, I bought a User Car, a hyundai that was delivered to me with a finished tire and the director of the vehicle user is making fun of me.
