Crash Tuesday, March 15, supposedly repaired the same night. Fall down on 16 March. Finally piece BO is so I managed to have my car a week and a half later (vacuum gas courtesy car and no washing window). No follow-up by their team, they have no sympathy and we not care of the customer. It was the last time I made the deal. Within 48 hours to exit the stored tires. Wholesale anything that puts.

The service is ordinary. I had a reminder for my car that was to change the manual and change a sticker on the car. After an hour of waiting, I left. I strongly advise Donnacona Honda, who did all this in 5 minutes by the technical advisor who was much more courteous. One thing is certain, I will not do my oil change Honda Charlesbourg..je can not imagine the time I wait !!

I had good service with M. Lapointe to repair the painting was missing in some places with the delivery of my vehicle. They lent me a courtesy car for two days while repairs on my car ... The car courtesy was not full of gas and had a big crack in the window, but all in all it makes the case for two days. Still good service!

I got screwed by the sales manager when buying my first car in 2006. Then there is the department of the bodywork which is bone void. No, really, its not advisable. The customer service is correct though. At least that was my only and last experience.
