I am a new owner of a Lexus 200H 2013, bought in Montreal. I was making the change of ownership at Lexus Boulevard and I also asked for information on the operation of equipment (among other configuration bluetooth French) and I was referred to the dept. Sales. In September I was asked where I bought my vehicle and was told to deal with my seller of Montreal. There must be at least a star before you can post .. I would not put Pretty disappointing as home, I did not expect myself to that.

completely ridiculous maintenance service! I recommend in any case the lexus Boulevard Quebec. I did my part to change one oxygen sensor (going there 4) for $ 692! I remind you that has a room which retails between $ 100-150 and takes about 30 minutes to change. A chance that there was just one defective. I highly recommend if you own a Lexus to choose another garage before repairing.

Really the best after sale service I have had in my life and I am demanding. Bravo Boulevard Lexus for your quality standard. One can have a used IS 250 it feels as important as a customer who has an RX 350 of the year.
