The Mechanic at Yukon Honda put way too much oil in my car then when I went back...he started up my car and then pretended to check my oil and said it was right on the money... When I told him that checking the oil while the motor was running was not an accurate reading he lie to me and said "Sure it is" I wouldnt let that Hunda mechanic near my car ever again! The manager was notified and I left unsatisfied. I had to get another company to drain my oil then put it back in MINUS the Whole EXTRA LITER Yukon Hunda carelessly put in and did nothing about.

After buying a brand new 2016 CR-V the car started vibrating. They didnt even spend an hour with the car and said they did not find any problems. I doubt they even tried to diagnose it, they just drove it in and out of the shop. Car still vibrates (only 6000 km on it) Now the rear brakes are locking up and they told us over the phone that they dont have any time to look at it in the next 2 weeks and to shove a screwdriver in there. Sure we paid $43000 to play with a screwdriver... AVOID

I sent my honda generator in to have the pull cord replaced at Yukon Honda. A half-hour job, but ok - one hour minimum is to be expected. When the generator was returned to me, the cord-handle was dangling/hanging down. Apparently the mechanic/repairer had failed to rewind the recoil spring properly. In a few short days, the rope wore through and broke from rubbing. Fix my own cord now.

I had wonderful service from Honda. They quickly diagnosed my cars problem (ignition coil needed replacing), provided me with an accurate quote and received my consent before replacing the part. I was also offered (and graciously accepted) courtesy rides to and from my work. Very satisfied with their services and looking forward to continuing to have my car serviced here.

I travelled into Whitehorse recently and was looking for a chansaw to cut wood. I went to Yukon Honda and was appalled by their customer service. I waited for nearly 5 minutes before being helped, and it was not even busy. When I did recieve help, i found them to be rude. I bought a chansaw that day from listers motorsports and was very happy with their service.

Customer Service was the worst I have ever experienced. I booked ahead to have 2 new tires mounted which I had removed from my bike. They sat for 2 & 1/2 hours before they looked at them. They mounted them and charged me $ 175.00 for a half hours work.
