Very disapointed! I take my motorcycle wheel in (removed it myself) for a tire change. Didnt bother asking price because I figured probably around same price as a car tire change. To my suprise (and I wasnt informed about the price and if I agreed to it) was charged 73$!!! Was told that its because machine has to be set (Cmon you constatly set it for different car wheels) and that at Yukon Yamaha it would cost 160$. Well to satisfy curiosity I called and Yukon Yamaha and they were charging me 40$! I called back and Mr C. (wont put names) told me blatantly he cant do anything, thats the price. To jog your memory Mr C. you are the one who served me in the first place and should inform your customers if something costs more than the usual and not rip off your customers. If you, managers or owners want to make things right I am in your system, you can call me and then I might change my review. Until then I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went in to get a tire repaired. A couple weeks later I noticed it was low. Went back and was told I would need to be charged again for it to be fixed. Though Im very sure something was missed. Counter fellow also implied it was my fault for not noticing sooner and bringing it in.

Had tire trouble while travelling through on a Saturday. People were extremely accomodating, taking care of our needs very promptly and allowing us to be on our way to continue our trip. Our thanks to their personnel who were so courteous and concerned.
