I bought a 2017 CRV EX-L today. What a great experience. The staff were so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Robin, the salesman, was so patient and took hours of his day and several weeks prior, to get everything ready for when I came in. He was non judgmental and understanding. He was so knowledgeable about the CRV and took his time teaching me the basics. I would highly recommend seeing him. Also, Pam in financing and Wes, the sales manager were very helpful. Always checking if I needed anything or if I had anymore questions. Mr Ortynsky came to see me as well. He made some suggestions and took time to explain things to me. He is honest and so down to earth. He truly wants his customers to be 100% satisfied when they leave. I have bought from this dealership before and I would again in a heartbeat. They run a very small town kind of business where you actually matter and you arent just a statistic. Fantastic service!!! I recommend them 100 times over. Do not hesitate whatsoever. Great work Royal Honda!

The owner of the dealership is great! He is from Yorkton, so he knows the demographic he is selling to. Terry is also very involved in the community. He supports numerous organizations and is always willing to lend a helping hand. The city of Yorkton respects him and his employees for the wonderful job they do. I purchased my vehicle from him a year ago. I now live in Calgary, but if I ever have issues with it, Royal Honda is a short phone-call away to refer and advise in order to solve the problem. I would high recommend doing business with this dealership!
