My family has bought at least 6 vehicles here and gotten good service as well. Apparently you have to look right or something because Ive never gotten the sleazy, used car lot, feel. Ive always been treated with respect, and had access to the service manager, body shop manager, sales manager, etc. Theyve talked me through doing my own service (changing glow plugs) and spent a good hour talking about my totaled pickup. I bought a family car, pickup, and SUV there, as well as insurance repairs, and mechanical work. Theyve replaced my windshields, changed my oil, changed my head gasket, etc. They happily sourced parts from Salvage and told me the Salvage warranty (90 days}.

What a joke. Having a problem with a GM vehicle. Called and asked to speak to a mechanic. Was told it was not allowed and told that usually people talk to the service manager but he was not there. I asked what I was supposed to do as this car was the main way of getting to work. I was told to check the Internet as it is a good source of information. I would not recommend this pathetic joke of a business to anyone. The only thing they can do right is answer the phone, and that is done automatically.

Worst dealer ever. Phoned and made an appointment about a problem with my truck. Drove 100km for the appointment just for some dumbass to come out to the parkinglot, look at my truck for 30 seconds and tell me theres nothing wrong while he refused to put it in the shop and look further at the problem. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Sold us a car with red duct tape(red car) on the front bumper and a broken undercarriage. DIdnt notice until after the car was washed . Sleazy Would not reccomend.
