Very disappointed with these guys. After moving from across country with my 2 VWs I called and l left a message for them to book SGIs for both of them no response after a week. Then i called back again and spoke with someone wanting to know if they worked with airbags as I needed my airbag module reset or replaced... I gave lengthy details to the guy just wanting them to answer some questions and was told they would get back to me. NO RESPONSE. After leaving a third message and waiting a week they couldnt even be bothered to call me back...I got tired of the disrespect and brought both of my cars to Prairie Auto Haus. They took the time to answer my questions and I had no problems. I do all my own work usually so I rarely need a mechanic. Needless to say they lost my business over this and now I wont bother even bringing a flat to them. Very disappointed they were too busy to even return my calls!

had worse experience taking my car to import auto service!!! i took my land rover to import auto service i used to get abs sign , they told me u need new ABS module which 3000.00$ plus they charged me 150 $ for check up. but when took to land rover dealer they changed the speed sensor in left front tire which cost me 150$ all togther and i never got anymore sign. plz stay away from them before you get rip off !

Ive got a 2005 BMW 325i and have taken it to John at Import for servicing and repairs. You won`t find a more reliable, honest, fair service centre then Import. John provides a friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating atmosphere that I have grown to absolutely trust. I strongly advise Import Auto Service for your auto service needs.

So I know without a doubt that this shop has not tried to take advantage of me or trick me into getting something I didnt actually need. Its so nice to have a shop I can trust. Every person there actually cares about what theyre doing.

The place to take your VW/Audi in Saskatoon. John is a great guy and someone you can trust to maintain your car. Ive had my Audis serviced there for many years and Ive always been satisfied. Much better service than the local dealership. Once the warranty expires this is the place to go.
