I bought a cadillac cts from these guys because the price was right and was the car I had been looking for. I got to Lloyd and decided to check the oil and it was down 2ltrs so I called the auto connection. The manager assured me they would take care of the problem. The problem turned out to be worse than anticipated. The car needed an engine. They called me and said they found a low milage engine and would install it. I told them I would feel better putting in a new engine and would pay the difference. That was not a problem they ordered an engine and promptly installed it. How ever after a test drive they had a small fender bender with the car witch again they took care of the problem. I was ready for a fight over this car but never ever even came close to one. I feel that all the staff at auto connection can be vary proud of themselves for delivering honest and courteous service. I am sure they are happy to have that car gone and I am happy to have it home now. They made a bad experience a vary good one. I would recommend anyone buying a used car to check them out as they stand behind the cars they sell and you just dont find that these days. Now after writing this i think I should have given them a 5 star rating. I almost forgot the gal a the front desk she will serve the best cup of coffee in Saskatoon. Great job.

The staff was awesome! As a woman, I felt that they dealt with me fairly and explained everything thoroughly, without speaking down to me. They were kind enough to assist me through the entire process and were flexible and extremely accommodating. The entire experience was low pressured and very informative. Their attention to detail made me feel like I was being treated as a preferred customer. I especially loved the honesty pricing and the inspection(s) that showed exactly what kind of shape the vehicles were in that they were selling. They even helped me find seat covers! I will happily refer friends and family to Brett and his staff. When you use Saskatoon Auto Connection, you will experience above and beyond customer service.

Bought my car from them at a good price. Car worked well for a couple months and had some problems but they have turned around when i have talked to the owner who cares about his customers and has gone above and beyond to help out with the repairs and rectify the situation where i have been to places where they dont give a damn after you hand them the cheque...

I bought my first SUV here back in October of 2016 and had an amazing experience! Loved the staff, the vehicle was impeccably clean. I was able to order new rims and winter tires through them for a great deal and they installed them! I would recommend them to everyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle.
