I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Parr autobody. I took my vehicle to them for a simple repair job, and what was encountered during the work was an issue that was unrelated to the body work...but ended up being exposed as a result of the repair. Parr went so far as to deal with the manufacturer (on my behalf) in an attempt to have the issue dealt with as a warranty/defect (which it clearly was). When the manufacturer refused to cover the cost, or replace the defective part, Parr came to me and said, "since it was working before you brought it to us, and its no longer functioning after we worked on your vehicle, we will take the high road and replace the part for you at no extra cost".....WOW!! Talk about integrity. They took a potentially costly, time consuming, frustrating issue for me, and made it essentially a non issue. The original manufacturer should take notes from them...and maybe also say thanks for doing their repair job :) Thank you Parr Autobody. Your customer service is second to none.

All I can say is WOW! The customer service (reception, estimating staff, technicians) was fantastic. They were all professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The details of my large repair were outlined to me so I knew exactly what was going on and the timeframe it would take to be complete. They kept me in the loop as the repair progressed and my wife and I were ecstatic when they called us ahead of schedule to let us know our vehicle was ready to go! Now on to the workmanship - I am a very, very picky individual so for me to say that I am extremely pleased with the workmanship is a very good compliment. I could not imagine a better repair. Our vehicle looks great! Just like new. They even took the time to clean it inside and out. If I could give more stars on this review I would. I will be happy to refer people to Parr Autobody and would use them again in a heartbeat!

There is no other bodyshop that I would trust. I took my car for what it was supposed to be a small and easy repair. The bumper had more damage than expected and it was not covered by the insurance company. They contacted me right away to let me know and what my options were. They got me a brand new bumper so we could get rid of the old and damaged one. They did not have to do that but they went above and beyond my expectations. I went to pick up my car and later that same day, someone scratched my bumper. I phoned to tell them what happened and if they could fix it, they said: bring it over. I went back and I was willing to pay them for the scratch removal. To my surprise they did not charge me a penny and on top of that, they gave me a small bottle of touch up paint. I am amazed by the customer service culture and the craftsmanship this guys have.

Parr Auto Body is second to none. I had my windshield replaced without insurance and they did their best to get me a great price and worked quickly to get the work done. Unfortunately, they couldnt complete it by the end of the day so they had Enterprise come and pick me up at work and hooked me up with a rental car so I had wheels for the evening. Their willingness to help their customers is unmatched and unlike a lot of shops in the city. The next day I went to pick up my car and it was in perfect condition, freshly cleaned, and ready to roll. I couldnt be happier with their service, attention to detail, and customer care. If your car needs work, please consider taking it to Parr, you wont be disappointed; if for some reason you are, theyll make it right.

This summer on the way back from the lake to the cabin - BOOM!!!! HAIL STORM!!!! Golf ball/ping pong ball size hail dents ALL OVER my husbands brand new Dodge Ram........... Anger and sadness were only a few emotions we experienced that day, along with gratitude for NOT being caught on the lake with the kids in that mess! We called on Parr to fix our asset & our smile. They delivered x Infinity!!!! Not only did we get in sooner then we could have ever expected, they worked tirelessly to keep us updated & make the repairs as painless as possible. As always, the service at Parr Auto Body was great from the moment I had my accident to the moment I picked up my car. I knew Parr was the only auto repair shop I could go and feel comfortable that I would be treated as a person, not a number. The car rental service they provided was wonderful, no matter how much I love to get my car back, (because it comes back fixed and clean) I love the rental cars I get to drive. Did I mention the cleaning of the car that I really love and the guaranteed service is above none, Parr is the NUMBER ONE place to go. Too bad I only get to experience the great service when I have a bad experience on the road. Thanks Parr.

I was very impressed with the service that I received at Parr. I was able to book an appointment fairly quickly and the time that the repair took was remarkable! I was expecting to be without my vehicle for at least a week, but it was ready for pickup after only 3 days! The workmanship appears to be top notch and the customer service I received was superb. You guys are wonderful and I have recommended you to everyone I know that needs a repair. I will definitely be using Parr as my body shop from now on!

My appointment was set up 2 long months after the incident. they acknowledged that they will have all the parts ready by the time of the appointment. was told the car would be ready by Wednesday. told me the day before Wednesday saying that they are still waiting for the fender to be delivered, hence the car wont be ready till Friday...I really need to use the car by Thursday. It is a huge inconvenience! Very disappointed... PS. I only contacted them, after I have read about the reviews here...

Everyone that we encountered at Parr was friendly and helpful. My kids were given colouring books and crayons while our vehicle was being appraised and when I brought it back no less than FOUR people offered to help me move my stuff from my vehicle to the rental. They were knowledgeable about the claim process and helped us work our way through it and have a well thought through front line process that is organized and efficient. I would highly recommend Parr for any auto work you may need.

I have to say that dealing with Parr and their staff was an excellent and stress free experience. Right from the drop off, to the status updates, to the final pick up, the staff was very friendly and professional. Even after I pointed out an imperection with the repair, they were quick to address the issue without question to ensure I was satisfied and the repair was perfect. I will recommend Parr to my friends and family and would go back if needed, hopefully will not need to for a while :-)
