unprofessional, shady, and down right dangerous. Helped my father purchase a used demo, a GLA 45 AMG. During the buying process they let me father and my brother take the vehicle on a test drive, with the stock tires. After the purchase, my father changed out the tires for winters as it was still earlier in the year and cold. When we went to get the summer tires put back on, he was informed that there were cracks in the tires and it would be unsafe to drive with them. As the tires were only briefly used after leaving the dealership to have the winters put on, my father had no idea. When we he went back to this dealership where they purchased it, they would not pay for new tires claiming it was not there responsibility as the tires that came with the vehicle should not have been driven in weather colder than 7C degrees. However they had the summer tires on at the time when it was for sale and even let my father and brother test drive it with said tires. Not only is that unethical but it is down right dangerous as those tires should not have been allowed to be driven on, as at the time, the weather was certainly colder than 7C degrees. Apart from the terrible customer service, seeing that my father has purchase numerous cars from here before, they also literally put there lives in danger letting them drive a car that was unsafe to begin with, without notify them in anyway. Will be taking this to more media as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING IN ALBERTA WOULD BE MORE SAFE, AS THE NO COMPETITION HAS MADE THIS DEALERSHIP ARROGANT AMD FEELING ENTITLED.

Drove two hours to the city for my prepaid maintenance service Mercedes gave me when I bought the vehicle. Gave the location all the information they required to book me in and ensure the service was covered. Waited around the city until 3 pm only to have them call me and tell me the service wasnt covered.... The vehicle sat there all day with no work done on it whatsoever while I killed time in the city waiting for them to finish the service. Major pain and waste of time. I would have rather the dealership have checked ahead of time whether I was covered before I made the trip... Then when they discovered I might not be covered they should have called me right away instead of having me waste an entire day with no vehicle.

This is the worst mercedes-benz location ever. I hope to never ever need to go there for anything my experience with them was horrible and if you have any reason to have your car serviced here RUN. Regina location is so awesome ask for Kelly she is very nice and has good customer service skills. Unprofessionalism is the middle name of this location. We had a flat tire on our way to Saskatoon and had to get our tires here they were trying to sell us 4 of there tires after telling us we needed 2 tires changed when only one tire needed changing. Again dont use this place if you can avoid it.

Worst customer service. They will try to get money from you as much as they can. I spent $600 and they fixed nothing in the vehicle. They said we charged you money for spending time to fix your vehicle but we dont what the problem and they asked me to pay $600 for nothing ... so disappointed. What a waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!! They told me my car is fine and after 50 m from leaving this MB place in my way to Edmonton ... my car stalled again and had to tow the car to another dealer??!. If your vehicle has a problem,never go their.. go somewhere else.

Our shop called 6 times in total in the last two weeks to get quote on parts for 4 different cars, got hang up 3 times and waited more than half an hour then i hang up myself twice. Only 1 call actually went through, then the guy on the phone said he will call back after but never did. Ended up having to talk our customer into ordering after market parts for all of those vehicles. Because we cannot even get to the dealers parts department.

this place recently overhauled the staff and really did it right. They take good care of my little smart car as if I was paying full mercedes prices and driving a whole mercedes instead of half a one. They offer a reduced smart car rate so it is competitive with any garage good enough to work on a finicky import. Nobody else in town has the service manual anyway.

I went to the Mercedes Dealership today. I was very disappointed. They did not acknowledge my presence. The words that were spoken to me were excuse me; I was in the way of an advertising booklet. Mercedes-Benz Saskatoon will not be getting future business, This comes to the old rule dont judge a book by its cover.

Stopped by the dealership to check out the fancy cars, I was approached right away and even though I said I was not interested in purchasing the saleswoman was very friendly and answered all of my questions. When I am more serious about purchasing I will certainly be back!
