I put a Toonie in to start the wash as is required, followed by a Loonie to keep going since that can’t give you more than 30 seconds. I had only done 3 sides of my car and to my surprise I needed another loonie! So I grabbed another out of my center console and the machine just ate it without engaging. When I talked to them they said you only have 10 seconds to put another Loonie in or it requires a second Loonie or a Toonie! I was shocked that they would have such a scumbag system of stealing your money but they did. And whats more they wouldn’t refund my Loonie even though they had my Loonie in their machine! They said, and I quote, “that would be like just giving you free money”. Even though they already had my money. Combine this with their cleaning products that are twice as expensive as Canadian Tire and these people are just dirty thieves. I will never return and I hope you don’t either. Just awful, awful people. I wouldnt even give it one star but its the lowest I can do.
