I went to Kal Tire and received premium tires for a great price, with same day installation and I was very happy! Now the bad. When I went to pick up my car they informed me that the little plastic cover for my lug nuts had been broken, which is no big deal. When I asked them if they were going to replace it they gave me a lot of attitude, and made me feel terrible. They kept saying things like " well its minus 40 and the piece is plastic, what do you think is going to happen?" And " that plastic is like 13 years old of course its going to break." They ended up agreeing to pay for the piece but not without putting their two sense in. When I brought the car in the piece was not broken, but when I picked it up it was is the bottom line. Walking out of the store I felt very embarrassed and teamed up on. I would have recommended this store to anyone before, but now Ill make sure no one goes through the embarrassment and disrespect I went through.

Took this vehicle in first thing in the morning. Was the second person through the door. Vehicle was therefore one of the first to go in. Took 3 hours for them to change 4 tires. Then once I got the vehicle back the rims had yellow and black crap all over them. Took it to a car wash and cleaned everything off only to find that every spoke on the 6 spoke rims now had scratches on them. This vehicle came straight from the dealer and is brand new and therefore is obvious that they were the cause of the damage. In the process of dealing with the manager to get the rims refinished. Stay far far away from this place.

I had to give them a star because zero wasnt an option. had my car taken in to take care of a knock from the back end. Picked it up knock was still there when I drove away with it, took it back. The " mechanic " said he still had heard it when he was done but did not inform anyone that he had still heard it. So I had dropped 300 on parts that didnt actually need to be replaced and the best they could do for me is a small discount on labor. No sorry or anything either. I just got told that people make mistakes. Not happy.

I have bought tires there before for another truck and the reason i did was because of the tire repair and service . I have a new truck and had a flat. Brought it in on a Saturday, was greeted as soon as I entered the store. My tire was pulled from the truck box and I was on my way pronto. Called when the tire was fixed, again excellent service on pickup. Was counselled on my tire wear and explained my future expectations for my tires...Great job, felt like a person not just a customer...Thanks guys...Carl

very good sales and service experience. some issue took place during my purchase. it was understandable and they fixed my issue without questions. after about couple months later i got a flat tire because some uncivilized personnel slashed it. took my tire back and discussed with the staff. happy with the result of pro-rating credit (you are gonna realise they are running a business not a charity) and paid the service for a new tire. over all i enjoed the shopping experience at this location

We have been dealing with this Shop for about 7 yrs now. Even though we no longer life close to Saskatoon, we make a special trip back to this store to get our tires replaced and to purchase new rims for the new vehicle. We have been dealing with Kara Hiebert right from the start and will continue to deal with her as she makes sure we get what we need for our trucks.

Not a single good thing I could say. I had a flat tire fixed at their location but they were "too busy to put it back on my vehicle". I booked two different appointments with them to have it installed. Both times I showed up and they had no record of the appointment and again were too busy to install the tire. They made zero effort in helping me. Absolute WORST!

After OK Tire told me to suck it with my flat tire on a Friday. I took it to Kal Tire Saturday morning and was treated like gold. Fixed within an hour! All of my tire needs will be met at Kal Tire from now on!!! #kaltirelovessinglegirls

Bought my tires here and one got wrecked from a road hazard. I only had to pay a portion of the price for a new tire and they had it ready for me the next day. I would definitely recommend purchasing new tires from here!
