Received a speeding ticket, thats unfortunate but not the issue.. . About a month later over 200$ was takes from our credit card with No Explanation. We saw that it came from Enterprise so we called to ask why.. they didnt know.. it took them 2 days to find out that it was because of a ticket that we received on the Highway.. We Were Never Informed by Enterprise and they took over 50 extra dollars for late fees and Processing. This was upsetting as we would have paid said ticket no problem if we had known about it.. They claimed to have sent us a letter. I assure you that we did not receive one. And they certainly never attempted to call before charging us a late fee and processing fee.. We Were Treated Rudely and Accused of Lying.. will Never Deal with Enterprise again, at least Not in Saskatoon!!

if there could be a 0! it would b a ZERO... DIRTY FILTHY AND ONLY A SORRY?????!!!!!! REALLY... CRUSHED UP POT IN THE STICK SHIFT... WINDOWS WERE FULL OF DUST COULDNT SEE OUT.... OR IN... SO I....... HAD TO CLEAN THEM OHHHH AND THE REVIEW MIRROR LOOKED LIKE" SOME ONE" CAME.... ALL OVER IT AND JUST WIPED IT WITH THERE HAND..... PROFESIONAL UR NOT!! AND U WORK WITH GM... WOW WHAT A DISGRACE...

Had a rental through insurance while my car was in the shop. The car was "cleaned" by the customer service guy who rented it to me. It looked like someone had a mouth full of pop and sneezed all over the steering wheel. It was pretty gross actually. They had nothing else for me to switch with for a few days and I had to go to a very out of the way location to change vehicles.

I have been renting cars from this branch for years now and my experience has always been a very positive one. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They do whatever they can to offer you the best for your rental. Upon my experience, the branch is doing even better under the new management. So definitely a five start from me.
