My son just had totally unacceptable experience at the Ens Toyota dealership. He is a fourth year Commerce student, and is the owner of a 2010 Honda Civic. He was interested in purchasing a new FRS Scion vehicle and with his trade in could pay cash .Today before his classes he went to the dealership to look at a car and was interested in a test drive, He has been on line and researched the car and knows he is the exact consumer that this car is targeted to. He spend 25 minutes at the dealership and had absolutely no one help him. He was made to feel very awkward the entire time he was there. He started outside and although one sale person came out he went to talk to another customer who had just arrived (my son had been there 10 minutes). Then he moved inside; the receptionist ignored him, then he went to the area of the dealership where the cars were and looked at one. Still no response. He stood in front of a salesman desk and watched him text on his phone for a few minutes, the sales person looked at him and decided to ignore him. My son started leafing through a pamphlet, waiting for help, still nothing. He looked at the car again, trying to be obvious. Finally he thought, I guess no one here is interested in actually selling anything and left feeling extremely awkward. He got home from work tonight and told us his story. He was frustrated because no one would acknowledge him, and he was made to feel awkward enough that he was embarrassed to ask for help. I guess the end result is that this dealership has lost a young customer, some-one with the potential to buy many cars in his lifetime, and perhaps several that might have been purchased from this dealership. Its unfortunate the staff that worked today assess young men that walk through the door and determine who they believe the real customers are, I can assure that sometimes, like today, they are wrong, and that experience will stay with him for along time. I am sure there is another dealership who will be interested in taking his money.

This is the worst auto service I have ever encountered. My car had some noise, they said need to change the brake disc. I think the brake disc is no problem but just obey them and paid over $600. However, the sound still exists after fixing, They said no problem. Until two days later, the sound is getting bigger and bigger, and went to the store to check, a mechanic fixed it quickly . I asked what is the problem, they did not tell me. I said that the problem is not the brake disc should be the original brake disc to me installed, they say no, then ignore me. I have been very trusting them before, but now I remember the left side of the roof dript ago, I left my car in the store and went to home. Then they called me to say need exchange the front windshield, I think dript on the roof so there is no any relative with windshield, but still let them do it due to trusting, I paid over $600. After six months, the right side of the roof dripped too, this time they said the skylight dirty, clean up just fine. So I think theyve been cheating on me. I pointed out the problem, their attitude is very rude, and ignore me later.

I quite simply cannot recommend Ens Lexus Toyota in Saskatoon enough. I have pretty much never in my entire (almost) 48 years on this planet been treated so well at a car dealership. Product Advisor Tim Kurtenbach was incredible and patient with helping me find the right vehicle, Pre-Owned Sales Manager Jim Larkins was so great to deal with and Senior Financial Services Manager Darin McLeod went above and beyond with helping me with the best financing possible. They made it both easy and fun to get my new-to-me wheels - and to cap it off, they have a promotion right now where you can play Plinko where I won a free $100 gas card. Josh Ens and Bob Harder have a winning team on their hands - if youre looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, go to Ens Lexus Toyota in Saskatoon. Recommend, recommend, recommend, recommend.

I went at Ens toyota last week to get a new car after my lancer got totaled from an accident. There, i was assisted by a dealer named Janice and for my financing, Darrin. I was really surprise on how the whole procedure turned out, Janice was very patient to me and every single detail and questions about the car im buying was laid out perfectly. I was given options which i never had in my previous dealer and this is coming from a guy with a bad credit. The finance procedure went smoothly too, Darrin also explained everything i wanted to know without skipping any details and he also informed me about what i can do to make my credit score better. I was happy about the whole thing and i definitely recommend this dealership, ill tell you, youll learn a whole lot too.

My salesman Larry Rollack was very informative & helpful! He was patient & insightful, trying to find the right vehicle for Me & my life! He listened to my concerns/wants & most important my DONT Wants! Other salesman at other dealerships kept trying to push me towards vehicles/options I didnt want. Not Larry! Larry got me into a RAV4 & I love it! While I was in the coffee shop upstairs, the 2 big finance managers also made sure I was well taken care of & I was approached as soon as I came in! I was very happy to have the people at Ens Lexus Toyota work with me & I look forward to our new relationship together! Id buy another vehicle from these guys in the future! Toyota is great but Ens Lexus Toyota kicks it up with excellent customer service too!

Awesome dealership! Was in for an oil change today when it was discovered that there was a leak that needed prompt attention. No courtesy vehicles available so Product Advisor Roger Rosenthal happened to be nearby and gave me his own personal vehicle to use - a new Rav 4 hybrid - it was nice. Now thats 5 star service!! He didnt have to do that so a big shout out to him. I had a lot of contact with various members of the staff today and everyone was happy, friendly, helpful and professional. Even the lady in the coffee shop upstairs was lovely. Not to mention the bldg. itself is top notch and the vehicles well - they sell themselves! So I highly recommend. Go see Roger Rosenthal for your new vehicle.

In 2016 I was in the market for a vehicle, specifically a Venza. One of my friends owned a Venza and I really liked hers. I contacted Ens Toyota in Saskatoon and was put in touch with Bernie Hanson. Bernie was most helpful, congenial and very knowledgable. In very short order Bernie had the exact vehicle that I was looking for. One of the things that concerned me when changing vehicles was the Electronics.. pairing the phone, setting up talking books etc, what really impressed me was Bernies attention to details, Bernie showed me how to do all these things and made certain I was comfortable with doing it myself. I would highly recommend Ens Toyota and Bernie Hanson

Today we purchased a 2017 RAV Ltd from Ens Toyota. Our salesperson was Chuck. This was our families 3rd Toyota from Ens, 7th total including extended family. Chuck has been an excellent resource for our family. He was very helpful for my wife when it came between choosing the RAV vs a Camry which we already own. Our experience was very easy from our salesperson to the financing with Darin & Dave. We have been Ens customers since 2005 & we see our relationship with Ens Toyota continuing in the future. Daughter (19yrs) - 2005 Toyota Camry Son (16yrs) - 2007 Toyota Camry Wife - 2017 Toyota RAV LTD Me - 2012 Toyota Sequoia Platinum
