I am very impress by the services Ens Toyota had provided, it was exceptional. When we first phoned in with questions about services and maintenance about our 1993 Toyota Van, they were very helpful in sorting out the diagnose and set up an appointment within a timely manner. When I received my vehicle and the diagnoses, I were not satisfied with their diagnose and required for more detailed. When I phoned back to the service to ask for a clarification on the situation, they politely asked us to come back and talk to the shop foreman. The shop foremen was very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable on automobiles. He was able to pinpoint the problems immediately and explain it very clearly about the problems we had on our vehicles and gave very honest advices. Prices are extremely reasonable and it had actually saved us money. The free shuttle service provided by the dealership to get you to and back to the dealership is very convenient. The drivers are very friendly and on time. It had been such a great experiences with Ens Toyota and I would definitely suggest to go to them for services even if you own a older Toyota.

In today’s fast paced, technological driven world, good customer service is getting more and more difficult to find. Well I am very glad to say it is still out there! Ens Collisions Centre is a champion of customer service. I had a complex accident repair that required all departments of their company. Wonderful service! Josh and staff were helpful with the process and steps to take with SGI as well keeping me informed when parts and additional work needed to be added to the claim, which can be a headache for all involved. My car is back to its former glory and looks great! Fingers crossed no more bad luck and I wont need to go back, but its nice to know where to go if I have to.

Ens Toyota’s Service Department has to be the worst Service Department in the City. I just moved to Saskatoon for work and have never had to deal with such bad service as I did here. I would advise all potential client’s to use someone anyone else. Be forewarned.
