If you are reading reviews to decide if you should take your vehicle to Derrick and Nicole, stop reading and book with them, you will be happy you did! After meeting them sometime ago, when they fixed a diesel work-truck for us, I knew their business was the right place to go. When I needed some respected advice on my own diesel, I knew they would be a good ,solid choice. Then.....they exceeded my expectation of what would be diagnosed, discussed and decided on for repairs and what my options were. My discussions with Derrick as far as usage, maintenance and overall goal of the repair were the topics. In the end, Ive got a great, trustworthy truck that will do what I need it to do for quite some time, and at a fair (pre-discussed) price . Complete with inspected factory parts and the work performed by an experienced expert, that cares. Cant ask for more than that! Thank you both, regards, Scott

Amazing!! Taking your vehicle in to get fixed is hard enough, but taking it to someone you cant trust is even worse. I have been to many shops around Saskatoon, and this one by far exceeds any one of those I have been too. They made it enjoyable from the second they picked up the phone. From the courteous front office staff to the ones on the tools in the back, there honesty was amazing, the knowledge was unbeatable and the work was second to none. These guys know their stuff and I have not hesitated to recommend them to everyone I know. Thx for the great service and will be back in the future.

I chose this location for the price they gave me, once there I was very satisfied with my decision, the owners were very knowledgeable and honest, I new I needed other work done on my vehicle in the near future and had priced it out but they were very competitive and were able to perform the work right away. Excellent service and super friendly. I recommend Empire to anyone who needs any vehicle repaired. give them a chance, I know you wont be disappointed.

Ive been taking my vehicles here for almost 10 years and they have taken great care of all 3 of them. Good, honest service for a good price. They have flagged things for me during their routine inspections that might be replaceable under warranty. If something is needed but maybe not required immediately, they will let you know so you can make a plan to do the work later. Highly recommended.

I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised by this repair shop. They were super knowledgeable, didnt mind explaining the repairs, and treated my car like gold. As a woman I havent had the best luck with shops in the past but the staff here were really great to me. They even took the time to shuttle me to work. Im definitely coming back when I need it...just hopefully not too soon.
