My fiancée and I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Robert Hurd and it couldnt have been a better buying experience. Rob never pressured us into a vehicle that didnt fit us, or what we wanted. He is by far the best salesman I have ever encountered, not just with vehicles, but with everything. While at first we felt the first meeting ran a little long, Rob used this time to fully understand our needs and what we were looking for. He actually listened to us. Once we decided on a vehicle, he made it possible for us to take it for the night so we can fully test the car and be sure thats what we want. What was so important was we live on an acreage and have about 20kms of gravel and he didnt blink an eye. Then when we decided on a specific vehicle, he spent his entire day off to make sure we were able to get the car we wanted. After talking with three other dealerships, he found the one, and got it to us. So far we are incredibly satisfied with our 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited with the Tow, Luxury, and Nav. :) I am definitely going to be sending friends and relatives to Rob.

Our Town & Country had an alternator issue just outside of Vanscoy. We were travelling from Calgary to Martensville to visit my folks on the Canada Day long weekend. Called Dodge City from the road side, in the rain, while waiting for the tow truck. Three kids in the van. The service person I talked to said that they wouldnt be able to look at the van until the coming Tuesday (this happened on Friday night.) This is understandable because of the holiday. I wanted to cover my bases, so I asked if she new the name of their competing dealership. She gave me the name. After a bad experience with the other dealership, I quickly called Dodge City back. They assured me that they would have a look at the van first thing Tuesday morning. They delivered! Amazing that they we able to accommodate this repair in such quick order. Commendable! We were on our way back to Calgary before noon! Thanks Dodge City!

I recently purchased a brand new 30th Anniversary Dodge Grand Caravan from Dodge City (salesperson Stan Reddekopp). Because my life doesnt leave me with a lot of time to spend browsing car lots, I was looking online at different dealerships. To start off the process, I submitted a request online to Dodge City, Auto Clearing, plus a couple of other places. Instead of treating me like a tire kicker like the other dealerships, Stan got in touch with me within a couple of hours. I managed to visit him at the dealership once, but he gave me all the help I needed over phone and email. He found exactly the van I was looking for (an even better one actually) for the price point and payment I was looking for. Everything was done quickly and professionally with no surprises, and I went from browsing to taking my brand new van home in about 4 days. Im very impressed with the entire experience at Dodge City.

This is the first review of a business I have ever written because we had such a noteworthy experience. Unfortunately not in a good way. We went in to look at trading in our vehicle for a new (to us) vehicle. The salesman was extremely rude, confrontational and demeaning. They also tried very hard to get a great deal for themselves! They offered us $17000 for our vehicle for trade in value which we knew was a total rip-off. Went to Meidl Honda right after and were offered almost $22000 for our vehicle! They tried to screw us out of $5000. However, if you plan to go shopping for a used vehicle at Dodge City Auto avoid Mike Zogheib unless you want leave feeling personally attacked and receive the worst service youve ever received in your life.

I just bought a truck at the dealership and I have to say only good things about the whole experience and the awesome team! Kevin found me the truck I was looking for and adding a couple of things wasn’t a problem at all. Everything happened in a professional, friendly and ‘no pressure’ atmosphere. A big ‘thanks’ for that!!! Vidhin was very helpful in answering my questions, making sure everything was organized with the service department and keeping me updated. Dodge City Auto in Saskatoon offers quality service to top off their quality product. I have dealt with Dodge City for about 15 years, and have always been completely satisfied as a customer. Whether purchasing new or used, or leasing,... I have always been treated exceptionally well by managers and salespeople alike. Any issue I ever had was treated promptly, and I was always made to feel like I was their top concern. Dodge City Auto is also extremely active within the community, and is often a supporter at various fundraising events. The way they support and back their customers is commendable. Dodge City is the dealership I choose,... every time.

Needed to get my first truck for a new job. I was pretty sure I wanted a Ram, and so went to Dodge City. It was my good fortune to deal with Rob Hurd. Made everything run smoothly; accommodated my crazy schedule and helped out with a couple minor details after the sale was finished and done with. The whole staff was great too--it seemed clear they all enjoy working together. From the corporate guy handing out coupons to the finance guy getting all the paperwork done. I was very impressed. I am a satisfied customer. You cant go wrong when you get your vehicle from Dodge City.

Worst Service Ever!!! I found them very rude and confrontational, like I was the bad guy. That was 5 years ago when I came into the shop for an out of province inspection. Came back to give them a second chance recently with a scheduled appointment. Not only did they keep my truck for 24hrs, I had to call them to find out what the status was. The response..." We couldnt find the issue upon basic inspection, and did nothing further to look into it. Come show us, and we will need your vehicle for at least another day". Unsatisfied. Completely unsatisfied.

Purchased a grand caravan at dodge city and all was good until we double checked the statements that they added an extra cost/fee of $50 a month, and the manager Kevin shrugged it off/laughed and then offered first free oil change. that is CRAP. FIRST OIL CHANGE FREE? is that not what other dealerships offer a new vehicle buyer, the firs oil change is always free. I never went back even for maintenance, took it to Auto Clearing, the other dodge dealership in Saskatoon. will never buy another DODGE/CHRYSLER from this place
