I had a terrible experience with this place. I booked two weeks prior to taking my car in for a SGI windshield claim. Made sure they had my vehicles new windshield, explained how it is a 2012, and has rain sensors, and to double check. He assured me and said they do. Took my car in today at 7:30, and explained I need it back by 3:30 if thats possible. I called at 1:30 to see how the progress was going, and they told me it would be done at the end of the day. I explained the end of the day will not work, and they told me it would be done then at 3:30. When i pulled up, my windshield was still on there. I went in and asked for a manager. He told me they dont have the right windshield, and the secretary lady cuts in, and tells me she has been looking for the last hour for one, and found one in Toronto. Why did nobody call me to inform me of this issue? The manager couldnt even say sorry to me, nor explain. I have it now booked for Windshield wizard tomorrow. What a joke this place is. I would recommend no one to go there.

I had bought a Dealfind to use here for a detailing and they grossly oversold and were booking three months in advance. I changed my schedule around to get my car there at the agreed time of 3pm and it was to be ready by closing at 5:30pm. I got a call at 5:10pm that they would not finish my car that day (they hadnt even started). The receptionist was rude and although she said "sorry" she was in no way apologetic. It was the waste of my time that bugged me the most. The owner started talking about how Dealfind oversold for them trying to push the blame which was irrelevant. I had to return the next morning at 10:30am to get my car. In the end my car was clean (good enough for the $40 I paid but definitely not worth the full price of $100). Due to the rude, non-punctual service I received I would not recommend this place. I had purchased two coupons and will not be using the second one because it is not worth the frustration of dealing with these people.

i work down the street from them at obrians! great place, had too reschedule with them couple times they understood, took my vehicle in and was done the next day ! they also detailed my vehicle which was unexpected but really appreciate it ! awesome place i would recommend this place. ,

Took my truck in for a ton of work (no claim just wanted to make it perdy again). In a little over a day I had everything done and they even cleaned the old girl. Fast, efficient, easy to deal with, just regular guys that do exceptional work. Wont be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

They replaced my windshield, put new wiper blades on and touched up some rust on my vehicle for a very reasonable price. Impressed with the service and the result. They also vacuumed the inside, which shows they care about their customer and want you to return. Easily 5 stars!

I came in late in the day because I needed the bumper of my car tightened. I expected to leave my car overnight but they fit me in right away and I was on my way in less that 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Repair took twice as long as estimated, passenger side mirror was installed incorrectly and paint didnt match. Cost as much as estimated though, otherwise poor job done. Would not recommend.
