BUYER BEWARE: Long story short: They sold us a car with a non-functional airbag and computer system and a steering rack on the brink of disintegration, despite telling us it was fully inspected. We bought a Hyundai Elantra from them a few months ago. There was a distinct "rattle" when we test drove, and we purchased it on the condition that they fix it. They told us that they had fixed it, but we noticed the rattle came back a few weeks later. We took it in to them and they said they fixed it again. The rattle was gone for about a week, then started coming back and got worse and worse. This time they refused to look at it because it was then beyond their warranty period. Our fault for trusting them at their word, obviously. We also found out that the previous owner before Capital bought it had tried to put in a remote start, but quit halfway through, which screwed the computer system. Hyundai informed us that for this reason weve been driving a vehicle without a working airbag. When I confronted Capital about all this they accused me of lying and making things up, and are refusing to do anything whatsoever. If you buy a car from them, know that theres no guarantee youre buying a car in working order, regardless of what they claim about inspections.

Sales reps were kind and helpful however, the vehicle we saw was dirty/dusty inside. Right off the bat before you begin discussing money, they throw at you a list of other similar vehicles on the market to show that they are the cheapest around the area which is probably suggesting that there is something wrong if its significantly lower than market price. Based on what we saw, we offered a price and the sales manager Naseef was unimpressed and instead of discussing rationally, he through a hissy fit and was very unprofessional as you could tell he was getting pissed off at us even though we were polite to him the whole time. Left immediately and ended up buying the same model of vehicle for a slightly higher price but of much better quality. Would not not recommend.

I was a first time car buyer fresh outta college, starting my new job in 2 days. They got me into the car I chose, my payments in the range I wanted, and were happy and super friendly to deal with the ENTIRE time. I would not hesitate to buy from them again, and recommend any friends of mine to buy from Capital Used Cars. The best used car dealership I went to. I checked out the competition, like OBrians, Macsum, Platinum Autosport, and they had the BEST customer service. Its been well over a year since I bought my car from Capitol. I have since received a phone call from them to ensure I was still happy with my car, and the service which I had received. I still stand by Capitol, and will always be in my list to purchase a new vehicle!

Bought a used focus in early Feb 2017, and the process was quick, easy, and pleasant! Brett sold us the car, we only needed to meet with him twice to complete the sale and take the keys. Nas who I think is the owner, was really helpful and explained everything to us. The car itself is exactly as how they described it, and its exactly what we needed. The warranty is a definite selling point, gives you peace of mind, especially for us as we were new to the province and just getting set up. Had a few questions come up since purchasing and Brett is always available or returns my calls within the day, great customer service. Will definitely recommend these guys and this dealer. Horrible experience! My husband brought his car there for an appraisal and when we went to pick it up it wouldnt start. After 20 minutes, we finally got his car started, might I add that every employee "pretended" to not notice that we were struggling outside. After we got it started and got in our vehicles, finally someone comes out and asks if we got it started... like thanks! After we get home after a super long day we find out that they kept the registration and original sale receipts. We called them at 5:45pm on Tuesday and her response was "were open til 6pm" like Im not going to get my baby ready and in the car and drive across the city to get a paper. Worst service ever.. .

Service from when I walked in was great. Never did I Feel rushed or pressured. Victoria really knows her stuff, she answered questions and volunteered info like she was anticipating the questions before I had even thought of them. I would highly recommend them for a used car. My husband was very impressed with dealing with Brett as he was very professional over the phone. Once meeting him everything went smoothly. There was a mix up regarding the in-transit permit which was not Bretts fault. He quickly looked into it and resolved the situation. We wouldnt hesitate to deal with Brett again. Hes an asset to your company. We love our truck!!!!!!

Because I needed a co-signer, they didnt tell me what payments would be, didnt tell me what my trade-in was valued at, and kept pushing to call my parents after I told them NO. All this info they refused to give me, Ive gotten from EVERY other dealer Ive been to. Not impressed.
