Service department is great! We bought our X3 from the Regina dealership back in 2014 when it just came out. Since then, our engine light has been on about 6-7 times. As we live up in the north, Saskatoon was closest to us so that was our dealer of choice for repairs. I have nothing but great experiences to report. Nick probably knows us more than a service department should and everytime I go in or call, I get a call back at their earliest convenience and theyre always quick, welcoming, and very professional. Stephanie is very friendly and very professional to deal with and weve always been taken care of very well. No, I am not an employee or have been employed by Bema - Im just an extremely satisfied customer whos vehicle has too many problems (not Bemas fault). We have not been charged for any services other than ones that have been my fault, and I know it. They have always been proactive in finding that we need an oil change, or figure out that our car is due for an inspection before I even thought it was - and its always done timely! Theyve always been able to book us a courtesy vehicle, or have one of their wonderful valets drive us or pick us up from where we are. When our car is in the shop, Nick always calls to give us updates, and if hes busy (which, come on, they are sometimes), I call him and he either has information for me, or calls me right back. Without dragging on, I just wanted to thank you so much for the repeatedly wonderful service weve received from you guys from the last year and a half. Im sad that were moving and wish we could take the service department with us to Alberta! Thanks so much for your help, Nick, Glenn and all the guys and gals in Service!

I just had my 2000 bmw Z3 roadster in for service. When I was ready to pick it up, the customer service person offered to assist me with putting my shopping from courtesy car to my car. I asked her to pull my car out and I would drive the courtesy car into the parking spot. When I pulled around there she had pulled my car out of the spot but was out of the car and told me the seat had been moved all the way to the furthest back position and would not move. She brought a service man out who reached back and pulled out a piece that was damaged and told me the motor must have burned out. Undue pressure must have been placed on the seat as it was moved back or... The customer relations person said that BMW would order the parts and do the work to fix it. That was on Monday, 3 days ago, and she emailed me and called me and told me they werent going to fix it at their cost. Her service manager, Glen, told her this and so did the manager, Les. I think this is stinking customer service and I certainly wont be getting them to do any more work for me and hopefully can take them to small claims court.

This dealership is abosutley deserving of 5 stars. If something is wrong, they go the extra mile to make things right. Always quick to get you in, and if you give them enough time, theyll even try to get you a courtsey vehicle. Car comes back cleaned inside and out every time, which is a nice touch. I recently purchased a 2013 335i from Imran and I couldnt be happier. If you are in the market to buy a luxury vehicle, ask for Imran. Hes a BMW enthusiast and has a whealth of knowledge to help you choose the right vehicle for you. No gimmicky sales pitch either. The sales manager was magnificent as well. Not only that, the owner Leslie really makes you feel valued, which to me, is priceless. I dont ever see myself switching from BMW. The simple fact is, while their vehicles are one of the best in the world, this dealership backs up that quality through the people that work there!

I bought a used BMW from them a little over a week ago. After picking it up and driving it for a day i noticed a few things wrong with the car. There was a small rip in the driver seat, and the car was previously from out of province so there was a front license plate holder on it. When we removed the plate holder it was a little scratched up under it. I contacted my service rep and they went above and beyond to fix it. Any dealership i have dealt with in the past would have said that this is normal vehicle wear and left it at that. Instead they are fixing it right now for me. Thank you for a job well done!

I took my mini in for an oil change. They said it also needed plugs and a thermostat. After the $1400 repair, I kept smelling oil burning and it used over a quart of oil within a month. I took it back to find out what went wrong and was told it was a crimped oil line and it would cost another $750 to repair. They refuse to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage they caused. It is disgraceful to charge me to repair the damage caused by them. Dont expect them to stand behind their work

They lied about cylinder heads being warped. When I had them tested and passed Bemas argument was they warp when bolted to the engine block. Guess what, I had them bolted to another block and they passed that too. Every time they touched my X5 they would make something worse than when they got it. And then cover that in oil. They just suck so much. Go anywhere else. Salesmen are nice, though. Too bad you cant get the car fixed at the same place if anything goes wrong.

We took my X5 to get the recalled fuel line fixed along with my air conditioning sorted out. After I picked up my vehicle I noticed the automatic lock on passenger side no longer worked. They have rebooked it in to fix the problem and will have a courtesy car available for me to use- extremely convenient as I have a newborn and a carseat is crucial. Very pleased that they stand by their work! This is why we will continue to service our BMWs here

There seems to be a reliability issue with this place service department. I was told that brakes needs to be changed. When I called them and told them that the brakes were actually changed about a month ago then the person on the other side of the phone was unable to justify why they were asking for brakes work again. So beware that you might be fooled by this crew to get things done without any reason.

Worst customer service ever received. Never buy a vehicle from here or have your current vehicle serviced at this location. They will give you your vehicle back in worse condition than you brought it in (by damaging parts) and still charge you thousands. The other reviews are correct, this place is only business orientated and does not care about your car or customer service. Avoid at all costs!

First of all, I would just like to say the buying experience at Bema was second to none! The staff, more particularly Jim (sales) & Brad (finance) were extremely professional and treated me like a queen! ! They took the time to educate me and answer all the questions I had. I would highly recommend buying a BMW from this dealership. I love my car and I will be back! Thank you Bema Saskatoon!
