I called in to book an appointment and request a quote. I explained i wanted correction on swirl marks in paint. I was told price would depend on severity, and said that was fine. When i went to pick up my vehicle, they had given me a basic detail, no swirl mark issues were addressed. When i mentioned it, they said that to fix the swirl marks would take more time and cost more. No kidding! That is why I brought it here! They didnt use conditioner on the leather, just armour all. And even doused the gas/brake/clutch pedals in it. My feet kept slipping off the brake and clutch until i got home and cleaned them off. I basically paid over $200 for them to wash, vacuum, and armour all my car.

Brought our Focus in for a complete detail. It looked great on first glance, and I drove it home thinking they had done a good job. Unfortunately, when I opened my glove box, I found they hadnt touched it at all, and it was full of dirt and grime and broken corn chips (dont ask). I had taken all the papers out anticipating they would clean it up, but I was pretty disappointed by this, especially considering the cost of a complete detail. Makes me wonder what else they missed, but since we live out of town I wont be bringing it back in for more work. Pretty good over all, but check to make sure they finished the job.

They did an excellent job on my car. I had an extra dirty car with stains due to having a small child. The cleaned ever corner of the car. I thought that they may miss the glove compartment due to a previous review but even though I had left stuff in it they took it out and cleaned it. It looks brand new again.

These guys brought my cars paint back to the factory finish I never got to experience! After my cars clearcoat was damaged inadvertently causing some terrible swirling, Auto Salon used a product called X-kote to restore the clearcoat. It looks amazing, Thanks so much!

They did an excellent job on my vehicle. The Exterior/Interior look new! I had lots of dog hair, but I didnt get charged extra.
