I had the worst experience with the Audio Warehouse and SaskTel. I signed up a SaskTel Fusion Internet last July, and just four months later the device stopped working. So I called SaskTel technical support first and they figured the router was failed，I just need to call my dealer they will replace it with no charge. Then I called the Audio Warehouse, they told me the router and the antenna were like married to each other, they have to both replaced, and the warranty only cover the device not the labor. Which means I had to pay for them to fix the defect device plus almost $500 lift rental fee because the roof is high and steep. I paid the lift for the initial installation already and I have to pay it again if I want to fix their defect device. That’s the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. After being kicked back and forth a few times between SaskTel and Audio Warehouse, told every time a manager/supervisor will call me but never happened. I finally gave up, closed my account with SaskTel. I did confirm with the sales rep at the Audio Warehouse that I can return the device as long as it’s in one year warranty. Yesterday, I got another rural Internet service provider installed their device on the same pole, they took the Fusion antenna off for me. I brought them to the Audio Warehouse today ask for refund, after 20-30 minutes waiting the sales rep told me they can replace it but I cannot get my money back. So I just left the defect devices with him and walked away. This is absolutely the worst experience I had. Just share it with anyone who is considering getting the SaskTel Fusion Internet, its relatively new not really reliable yet. But if you don’t have other choice, try a different dealer and share your experience with us. Thanks.

Audio Warehouse has been my one and only go-to place for anything home or car audio related. The service both during the sale and months or years after the sale is unbeatable. Their prices are on average quite competitive but I would be willing to even pay a little extra to receive the quality of service that they provide. On a couple of occasions Ive gone in years after a purchase and they have replaced and sometimes even upgraded the product Im having difficulties with. When it comes to car audio, alarms, starters; they know their stuff and the quality of their installation is awesome. All the trim is put back exactly as it was and every installation Ive had them do blends in seamlessly with the vehicle. Many of the car dealerships in town send their vehicles there for car starters and hands free cell phone installs because of their knowledge, expertise and customer service. Audio Warehouse also stocks only quality products that they believe in. You wont find cheap flat panel televisions or cheap car audio systems. You will find good quality products at a good price accompanied with very good customer service. It may sound like I work for the company but I can assure you this is just the experience of a long time customer that goes back time and time again because I know I will get a quality product, with quality service consistently.

Writing my first google review. I have never done this cause usually only people that have problems do but this time Audio warehouse has forced me in to it. I purchased my first I phone and have had nothing but problems from the first second I had it. I have been back several times with in a few weeks. Now I am told that I could have returned it if it was with in 14 days . They sent me to iworld in Midtown plaza only to find out that they also do not service apple products. I have bought numerous things from this store but this will be the last time they get my $$$$. If you do not service what you sell you should at least inform your customer of that. I like to support local companies but seriously this is awful. If this is how I looked after my customers I would not be in business. If you dont look after your customers someone else will now someone else will be looking after me!!!

I cannot say enough about Greg and the guys from the car installation department. From the minute I walked in Greg checked out what I had already in my truck, I told him what I needed and what I could afford, he walked me through his car audio speaker line up and showed me which would be the best for my needs. I have never been treated so well or been put at ease with my purchase.The after sale service was fantastic, He tuned the speakers for me after I had used them for a week. I have had no problem with the speakers and in fact I will be going back for a better set for the rear. I highly recommend Greg and the staff at Audio Warehouse in Saskatoon for both car audio or home audio. Gerry Bueckert

Everytime Ive been there for one of my high end cars (I have 3)...and dont get me wrong, I AM NOT A PENNY PINCHER.....these guys have just seen my car and quoted me 2 to 3 grand more than any other place would.....Im sorry your service just aint that great to justify such a premium, Ive ended up driving out to Alberta to get high quality audio work or had other remote starters and stuff done at Visions and stuff...atleast those guys are a little more consistent with their price and dont skew it ridiculously just because someone bring in a really expensive car

I took my car with a blown amplifier and was lucky enough to talk to Greg about it. I must say I am impressed with the quality of service and professional attitude he had towards my problem. Greg not only diagnosed my problem but also guided me for getting a cheap amplifier for my Toyota. I must say its a highly recommended place and just go to Greg directly and talk about it as he is amazing.

If you do want to take your service there, talk to Greg. He is the only one in the place that is very good at customer service, is knowledgeable and genuinely seems to like what he is doing. Otherwise, the service is terrible! Greg, you would be very successful on your own! I encourage others to rate Audio Warehouse...their ratings would indeed plummet.

Audio Warehouse in Saskatoon Joe and all the Staff are awesome , I had great service at the time of purchase .But more importantly after the sale .They have always made me very happy with after the Sale service and any Warranty Service. That was needed. Give them a Try you won,t be sorry.

The car audio, they will sell you what you want and need not what they want to sell you. I went in with a budget and they helped me around it. I left and still am very happy. Will be going back and recommending others.

Their car audio department rocks. I have had them install 2 car stereos a radar detector and a command start. Those guys know what they are doing. Great service too!

They provide everything like repair and new things like radios,subs,amps and remote starters too. Cool place to get you new sound system or tv.
