Very poor service. I had an Audi sitting in their shop waiting to be fixed after it was damaged by a pesky curb. As I am from Alberta, leaving the car in Saskatoon was a hassle to begin with, but that was only the first of many headaches. They estimated it would need 1 day in the body shop, and 11 hours for mechanical work. After the estimate was placed, one sensor was ordered and took 2-3 weeks to arrive, the remaining parts needed were in stock. During this time no other work was done on the car, even though the sensor was not needed to continue the work. Numerous phone calls were also made to determine if the car rim survived the crash, but they were always "too busy" to take 10 minutes to check. Only after threat of taking the car to an independent tire shop, was the rim checked. After the parts arrived, the dealership continued to delay and had very poor communication. I had a trip to Saskatoon scheduled for June 6th, and asked two weeks in advance that the car be ready. Numerous phone calls and more excuses. Still no word. Finally after six weeks of sitting on their lot, June 6th rolled around and the car still had not been touched. Tired of being given the run around and paying for a rental car, I decided to take time off work to drive to Saskatoon to load the car up on a rental trailer and haul it back to Alberta, still in the same condition as I had dropped it off. Do not let the fancy facade fool you. The Saskatoon Audi dealership is unorganized and will leave you disappointed.

As an automobile enthusiast and someone who works in the Healthcare industry (where our focus is on customer service), I can say that my experience (personal & referral based) with Audi Saskatoon/VWAG has been very positive. I have owned over 30 vehicles in a 20+ year span and my last 10 have been through VWAG (primarily Audi Saskatoon) with our most recent purchases being a 2010 Audi S5 and a 2016 Audi SQ5. I have seen the automotive industry blossom from a sales oriented one to something very different. We now are fortunate enough to be able to participate in events such as an "unveiling" of a new vehicle to driving/race events sponsored by Audi Saskatoon/VWAG. Audi Saskatoon and staff take great pride in their work (as i know VWAG does in this brand and their people). Please take any of the less than 4 star reviews with a "grain of salt". In an industry like this one there are bound to be differences and concerns. Complaints should be directed to the Audi Saskatoon Sales/Service Manager for low level resolution. Should a complaint persist, then this is the medium for serious and unresolved concerns. Most poor reviews (1-2 star and below) are written impulsively with companies only finding out "after the fact". Thank you to Audi Saskatoon, VWAG, Marcel (sales), Kristin (service), BJ (manager) and the rest of the staff who continue to make our experiences positive when we require your expertise and help. Awful experience over the phone and dont know if id ever consider bringing my vehicle there. Their lack of knowlodge to fairly basic questions amazes me. I had called and talked to a parts guy asking about an ami and he couldnt find the part after i gave him my vin, so i got a part number online gave him that and says its not a part number. So in frustration of him not helping one bit i called the Audi dealership in Calgary and he didnt stock the part number but he did find the part for me which took him one minute. There is one in Sacramento California. I had also called the service desk and talked to kristen i believe and she said she would give me a call back with an answer to my question of labor time and if it is even possible on my vehicle (which it is because i have spent countless hours on google researching it and its been done multiple times) and i have yet to hear from her (its been a week) and she said itll only be a day or 2 max. It really is disappointing when i have to make a phonecall to another city in order to get some good service especially when i have done the work in finding a part # for my vehicle which you couldnt even find on your end. I truly have had the worst possible experience in trying to purchase a product or get some service from this dealership. Really disappointing for a "High-End" dealership.

One of the saleman was super rude and felt disrepected by him. I am not going to mention his name.If anyone wants his name please reply here. I think, he is thinking i am not a potential buyer and he is so rude and i have a strong feeling that he is trying to get ride of me and saying that he will be sending email later on to avoid my questions. I have been to many dealers and bought few cars but he is the worst salesmen that i found so far.hell i would do a better job than him in selling car, at least i would not be rude. I belief every customer is a potential buyer. I think he is getting too comfortable in his job. maybe because he is doing it for so long or something. He needs to change his job to not customer service. I will never buy or refer a friend to him. Anyway he spoiled my day.

A year ago when I got my learners license I started looking for a car. When I went into most of the dealerships they wouldnt give me or my dad the time of day once they found out we were a year away from buying a vehicle. That all changed when we walked into AUDI SASKATOON and met Don Jagoe. He took the time to answer all of my questions and give me his business card and said if you ever have any question on looking for a vehicle dont hesitate to call me. Over the past year Don has been absolutely awesome, answering all of my questions and helping me to find the vehicle that fits my needs. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle whether its their first vehicle or not to go through Don Jagoe. you will be treated with the respect you deserve.

Nearly 4 years after the purchase of my first Audi I still receive great customer service whenever I need work done on my car whether its a service or just a leaky tire. The sales staff is always friendly an able to help out with questions on anything new that I might be interested in and send me updates on new vehicles I might be considering and any events they have at the dealership. Services are made simple when I can book a loaner vehicle for the day and the vehicle I receive exceeds my expectations and my car always comes back shinier than when I took it in. I would definitely recommend stopping by and seeing what they have to offer as there is always something new and exciting in their lineup that is fun to drive

Great experiences with the staff from Sales to Service. I often find once the sale is made that the Dealer and sales team forget about you. (Like a hand off, and they focus on the next commission) I have found just the opposite with Saskatoon Audi. They are ever ready to answer my questions or concerns. From how to use the options (I should read about myself) to Q about my warranty coverage or service packages. I actually talk to someone locally! Or they are prompt to call me right back. Product, well speaks for itself! Excellent overall on all accounts. Recommend
