Poor service, I was shown a 2009 civic Si and let me and my friend test drive it. I agreed to get the civic. before we left for the day financial service person "Wen Sun" confirmed to me that I have been approved by the their bank not saying in what car, me thinking that it was for the civic since that was the car they let us test and I agreed on, told me I wont need to downpayment, and just to come back the net day to pick it up. Next day comes "Wen Sun" sits us down and said that "weve got a better deal for you, an Elantra" right from there I just knew I have been curved. I asked what happened to the civic, he said that it has "mechanical issues" so I wondered why would they post it in their inventory, let us test drive a car that has "mechanical issues". I told them I wanted that civic, and I didnt care about any mechanical issues because I can fix them, then "Wen Sun" just threw that in order to get the civic I will need a $3000 down payment or a co signer. Really pissed me off why they just didnt say that the day before, and had us to come back the next day and not getting the Civic weve wanted, just wasting my time. I would not recommend this dealership, they will do anything to sell you a car youre not looking for. I asked for an affordable, stick shift, coupe. And they trying to give me a v6, sedan, automatic instead. They will just keep your hopes up and burn it down the same time.

I simply could not understand why some people treat reasonable charge as a kind of bad experience, let alone Acura is the place where you can spend least money but get the best service comparing to Benz, BMW, Audi and Lexus in SK. My girlfriend was with Benz for a year, and I was driving Acura that time; the Benz GLA has the same price as my TLX, but lacks remote start, has worse fuel economy, much less humane internal design. We ended up get rid of the Ben at last in this cold city. I am not saying that Acura is the best car of its competing class, but in Saskatoon, according to my experience, you have the whole package: free car wash, free service if you buy the new car from them, and shuttle service around the city. For those who complained Acura charged a lot of money like the above people (just a few of them), they simply ignore the fact that: 1. security of the driver is top priority, not the money 2. Just for comparison, the Benz GLA does not have a backup camera, and the installation fee is 2000 CAD. But for Acura, you dont have to worry about back up camera because my old 2010 Acura RDX already has it ! In this kind of climate here, I definitely will prefer to keep myself warm, but not to speak a lot about handling like Benz and BMW advertised. I have been to Benz, BWM, Lexus and Acura to compare the overall experience, and Acura certainly is the best.

well where does one start. i called on a Thursday about the airbag recall. the lady on the phone was great . during the conversation she asked me to pause and then reappeared to tell me that an appoint for the next day was available at 830am , my day off . she claimed that the parts were available. the next day i get two calls on my home phone from the fun motor group at 8 am . i return the call but get put on hold( you know the one with the music ) after five minutes i hang up so i could meet the appointment time of 830 am. i get to the dealership and am told that they dont have the parts and have to rebook. i ask why wasnt i called and am told that they did . i tell them no one left a message the two times they called. Her exact words were " its not my fault i didnt call you " she is the face of Acura and the face of this dealership. the very first person i am greeted with and this is the response a customer receives. i leave the dealership angry. the funny thing is that my wife wanted to meet me there so we could test drive a new car. when i get home and tell me story her exact words are" well i guess we wont be buying a car at that dealership" ive worked jobs dealing with the customers and this is a poor excuse at customer service

Had similar experience to the previous reviewer. Bought a used car. went for an oil change in 4 months. The service team called me and said that there is rust in the brake and it is almost worn out as well. They quoted me a high price for changing the brake and I declined. Then they offered to clean the breaks for $200. I told them that i will call back after checking other places. A few places quoted 100 bucks and so I called them back and said not to do it. Then the service person called back and offered to get it done for $80. I was shocked that they were willing to charge me 200 for something that was 80. I asked them to do it. On their service receipt, it said that the brakes were at 4mm. I went to a friend who works at a tire place to get it checked. To my surprise he said that the brake is totally fine and will run for another 50,000 kilometers. I cant believe a brand could go so low to steal their customers money. On top of it is a car that they sold 4 months ago promising that it went through FFun inspection. Stay away from this places service department. I wouldnt be surprised if they even steal your credit card somehow. THIEVES!!!!!!

We give the FFUN motor group a 5 star rating! My husband and I were having some difficulties with our vehicle that we purchased through FFUN motor group a few years ago. We contacted the owner of Trusted Saskatoon (Sara Wheelwright), who got us in touch with the Operations Manager of FFUN motor group on our behalf. We promptly met with him to discuss our concerns and we have to say he was fantastic and dealt with everything in a timely fashion. Jason Szercbecha the manager of Acura also treated us fantastic and with the utmost respect and patience. In the end we walked away feeling satisfied and treated respectfully. What could have been a nightmare experience ( if we hadnt decided to try out Trusted) ..turned into a wonderful experience..they did everything that Trusted said they would.. We will recommend the FFUN motor group to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle... and when we have a need in the futiure we will always choose Trusted businesses ... Thank-you to both Trusted and to FFUN motor group for looking after us so well!!!

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. Andrew in sales called me and offered $20,000 for my civic si I had for sale on Kijiji, the offer was a bit low but I accepted for a quick sale. They said I could come in that day so I cancelled a family trip to the lake and hauled my 3 yr old and 3 month old down to the dealership. Once there they test drove it (its in immaculate condition) and the sales manager sits down with us and offers $16,000 and then proceeded to feed us lies about blackbook prices and that he couldnt sell it for much more than 17,000 when I know full well these cars go for around 23,000. They just wanted to get us in there and lowball us after already agreeing on a price. Not only is this shady business practice, it ruined our family day, thanks Acura. I shall never do business with you again.
