i have bought 4 vehicles from car dealerships, and buying those vehicles were not nearly as stressful as dealing with visions. i had a stereo installed that would "sound fantastic." during the install, i was called and told that my car required custom brackets to hold the speakers, which was another $180 added on to my already overpriced sound system. despite the cost i told them to continue, as i was excited for my new stereo and figured another $200 wasnt a huge deal (until i saw what they looked like, picture posted below) so about two hours after my car should have been ready i finally get to go pick it up and the stereo sounds AWFUL. even the gentleman helping me agreed it didnt sound right. when i brought it back they were very helpful, very willing to get my stereo sounding good, so i took my car in for another day (to have some tuning done) which means more cab rides to pay for. upon listening i quickly realized that my $2000 stereo was somehow worse than my factory setup, so i decided it was time to move on. i asked about returning and was simply told i would have to pay for the labor, which started at about $1100, dropped to $400, then back up to $800. i had asked about making other purchases to makeup for the $800, because i obviously didnt feel right spending $800 for nothing. after large amounts of money spent, INCLUDING the 800 in labor, Im still left with crazy amounts of hidden fees (approx. $1000 above initial cost, not including the previous $800 that i owe) through all of this spending you would think they would be more understanding, but the salesman felt it was necessary to bring up (twice) that they were losing money, even though, lets be honest, they simply arent! at the end of the night i asked about why my brackets costed so much, and the person helping me simply said "labor, maybe?" so if thats what $200 of labor looks like to visions, its pretty clear why you should not shop here.

Visions has terrible customer service, I bought a pair of beats head phones today $400 and when I tried them they didnt work. I took them back about 30 mins after original purchase and was told I had to deal with Apple and there was nothing they could do followed by a" have a good day" I called Apple and they were surprised the store would not just do the exchange but they are sending new ones out, so in about 7 days Ill have my headphones... Ridiculous.

Bought my new 65 inch panel from Visions about a month ago, although it a bit of bumpy ride (first bough a Sharp 65 inch, do not like it) Visions staff helped exchange a LG 65 which is by far better. Now I am very happy with the LG 65 panel on every way, picture quality, webOS 3.0 etc After a month or so find there is a price drop they are able to do the price protection and refund a 100 dollar difference. Would come back again

My experience at Vision Electronics was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but the sales guy Singh was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He worked with me on my trade and gave me a great deal. We were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all!! Im so happy with my purchase! Thanks vision electronics!

I called back asking to have my TV adjusted that is included in the price within 30 days and they told me its really easy to do. If so, then why offer that? The installer that came to my house said its actually really hard to get in there. What happens if I adjust it myself and it falls or soemthing? Who pays for that!? Yep.. me! Thanks for nothing jerks!

The guys at the north store are excellent. They know their stuff inside and out. I recently bought two computers there and the experience was fantastic. While I have not needed any sort of car audio equipment the team at the store has always been great with other customers while I was there.

Im 15 and I was recently browsing around in this visions electronics and right before I went to buy a charger for my phone I was asked to leave because I was too young. I didnt see any store policy that couldnt allow a teen under the age of 18 to browse the store, terrible staff.
