Village RV has to be one of the best businesses we have ever dealt with. From the day we walked in, Reese was open and honest with us about the craftsmanship of the RVs and spent time with us answering all of our questions and discussing with us our concerns. We had one of the best experiences dealing with him then, and several times since. His customer service was second to none. Recently, we picked up our RV to have Frank show us through it. He was awesome! He had all sorts of tips and tricks to share with us that should help us with day-to-day use and problem solving should an occurrence occur. Even the man that pulled our RV out of the bay after being hooked up to our truck was amazing. We stayed and chatted with him afterwards, just because. Lastly we had to load up with a few items from the parts/service counter. Dwight, and all the staff behind that counter, always go above and beyond to not only get you the product, but remind you that a discount applies (Route 66 customers) and make a situation right if something is wrong. I have never met a friendlier staff. We are really excited about the quality of service Village RV has, as it is very hard to come across these days. More businesses (and their employees) could really learn a thing or two from this company. Thank you Village RV for your efforts in making customer service a number one priority.

We want to personally thank Crystal at Village RV for her true excellence in outstanding customer service. We are from Ontario and had purchased a brand new 2016 Forest River Travel Trailer. On our return trip from Western Canada the trailer started falling apart. For safety reasons we needed a professional to inspect and make sure our trailer was safe to travel home to Ontario. We were closer to Swift Current and out of concern for our safety Crystal had recommended a place in Swift Current. If they werent able to help us Crystal said we could come to Village RV and they would inspect to make sure we were okay to travel home. Thank you again Crystal! My girlfriend and I were on our way to craven from Calgary and our travel trailer had a failed wheel end. We were minutes from a rv dealership in the south of Regina but clearly expressed they had no interest to help us get going to make it to our location and were just plain rude. We then contacted village rv, explained the dilemma and From the second we spoke to them till the second the trailer was repaired and we were on our way not only did they help us out they did it with the most exceptional customer service I have ever experienced. Great service team at this location. 5 stars isnt enough. Crystal, Brett and the technician went over and above. Greatly appreciate it and will recommend you to anyone.

We were looking for a place to service our Newmar Ventana. Had part numbers from a stop in North Battleford. They could not help as no parts and we are on the road. This partsperson checked stock and advised they had a Technician in but totally booked. Offered some suggestions which down the road turned out to be pretty close to the problem. Great customer service helpful and caring The RV community appreciates businesses that help. Cant give you a 5 as did not even go to your facility. Would definitely do business here.

If it is in the deep of Winter and you want to think about camping and Summer step into Village RV. They have a number of camping trailers setup that you can visit one after the other to get into the mood. They even play bird song and you can listen to a burbling brook. They have just about any accessory I have ever needed for my camping trailer and they have a large professional shop to repair RVs. When I visited they had a huge selection of new and used trailers and motor homes inside and out in the lot.

Stopped there to have my fridge looked at, as it stopped working. Figured they could help as they are the biggest dealer in sask. WRONG!!! Wouldnt even send a tech to have a look, said they would need it in the shop for at least 12 hours to diagnose.....if your having issues while on the road dont waste your time to stop.....useless!!!!

Best service in Saskatchewan Ive seen. I had my trailer in for work and something came up where I needed it done sooner. Even though they were busy they Got it done in the time I needed to help me out. Great experience from everyone I worked with from the counter staff, techs and everyone in between. Great experience.
