We make a financial decision to buy a nice dodge as have worked hard to do this. Purchase warranty to cover any possible future repairs. Take a family trip to Alberta for the big purchase ; return to regina and over the past year , put our trust in triple seven Chrysler on broad to properly repair our truck as required. Basic small maintenance and loving the truck the first approx year. THEN ..... one day checked oil after first oil change and noticed it climbing on dipstick so immediately took it to triple seven. They confirmed there was diesel mixed into the oil. When you have warranty (even if you dont) you take care and pay special attention to make sure your truck is always ok. So from this point on over course of two months , truck was at triple seven for one engine problem after another. Every time they said they fixed it , something else was wrong. It got to the point I went out to the truck after coming home from repair and finding diesel pouring out from underneath and running down the driveway. Another point when they said truck was ready when it didnt even have adequate level of oil in it and mechanic refused to put proper amount in. Senior staff knew all this all the way through, and did nothing but make excuses. Back and forth for weeks due to technician errors with them never correcting the problem, in turn causing more damage to our truck. So after weeks of chaos, pick up truck with confirmation from mechanic, service advisor, and service manager that it is again fixed properly and everything is fixed. So we take truck away for one nice weekend, engine stops working all together. Dead on the road , cant even go for a highway drive and smoke is coming out the hood within 4 days of picking it up from triple seven. . Suddenly, the truck was not covered by warranty, no rental vehicle provided, cost of not only all engine repairs and teardown our financial responsibility , but damage suddenly caused by "outside sources", possibly "overdriven" from taking it to saskatoon, but absolutely not their fault. God forbid they screwed up yet another part during course of repairs even though Sgi deemed it mechical along with a stack of repeated repairs in a matter of a few months confirming a history of mechanical errors Now with no truck, no warranty we paid for because of how the triple seven head staff dealt with it, we continue to make payments and insurance payments and have no resolution in sight . Triple sevens head response to this - pay for it yourself or good luck winning in court - you cant afford it and youll never win. This is from a dealer that never even sold us a vehicle , just managed to bill thousands in repair costs to Chrysler Canada while putting families who work hard to have something nice put in the most horrible situation we have ever been put in. Its beyond bad customer service - its beyond mechanics who dont do their job properly - its top staff that are paid to help protect each other instead of the customers they happily bill. If you or anyone you know has had issues with this dealership, feel free to write comments or message me as its important to not let this continue with hard working people being ripped off by car dealerships like this one. This post should be shared as well, so others dont have to go through what we are , as it is a horrible feeling there are no words to describe how they have disrupted our lives.

This is the first Chrysler vehicle I have owned and the dealership experience at Triple 7 leaves a lot to be desired. I had previously brought in my 2015 Dodge Journey in (November 2016) for the 50,000 km service which cost around $462. When I picked up the car, I was quite surprised that washing and cleaning is not included in the service! I have had my other cars serviced at Capital Ford, Auto Gallery and MB Regina and even though I had not requested this, they were all cleaned and washed prior to my picking it up. so much so that I assumed it was standard procedure. Although I did not mention this to the Service department, I was overall satisfied with the mechanical work performed and the pleasantness of the service rep (Matt, I think) With respect to the warranty service on January 4th, I was contacted by the service department , had a very pleasant interaction and at 1:45 pm they called to say the vehicle was complete. I informed the individual that I work out of town and will be there to pick up the car after hours, so please leave the keys in it in the parking lot. I arrived at around 7:00 pm and could not find my car. I went inside spoke to an individual Amit Hossen, who immediately tried to help, he called another employee and they both went in search of my car. I was offered to have the car delivered to my home address today whenever it was found, however, due to the nature of my work, that was not possible. They then enlisted the help of a 3rd individual and continued searching for my car. I was told it was not in the immediate vicinity and they will drive around to the other lots to find it. Amit was quite apologetic and started putting things in place for a loaner vehicle to be provided to me for having faced this inconvenience. It was at this time that the 3rd person showed up with my car. The experience is quite unpleasant especially when it was -20 deg C outside, after finishing a 10 hour shift and a 2 hour drive from work to the dealership. Mr. Hossens demeanor and assertiveness in getting me a loaner car as well as his teams eagerness to assist and find my car was the only good thing about this whole experience. I appreciate their help and high level of customer service in this unfortunate event.

A review in length. If you need a new vehicle, read this because it tells it how it is. The guys at Triple Seven Chrysler are amazing to deal with. I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger from them and it was perhaps the best buying experience Ive ever had anywhere. I am from the Yukon and have driven down to spend some time with family and friends. After checking the dealerships in Alberta (who were completely unhelpful and unwilling to do constructive business), I decided to check what Regina had to offer. Enter John Ikweiri, Aleksei Molchanov and Martin Kaytor. Aleksei and John from sales, were possibly the most pleasant sales people Ive ever dealt with. Being my first time with buying a new vehicle, they had immediately done more for me in the first 2 minutes than the 2 days I spent dealing with an Edmonton dealer. They matched my pricing that the Alberta dealer had provided me, got me preferred pricing, and informed me of the 48 hour deal for $1000 cash back for signing that weekend. This was within those first few moments and I was blown away by that level of service. This was more car and, amazingly, the same colour I wanted and yet they got me a deal way better than the Alberta dealer. I was deferred to Martin for financing and this guy is possibly the best man for the job. I was approved for 3.49% in Alberta after the dealer "fought hard" with the banks to get me that. Within about 30 minutes, Martin had the approval ready. He then proceeded to explain each warranty to me and when suggesting other warranties and fees, he had shown me numbers and thoroughly discussed what each would do for me. If you are looking for a new vehicle, take the time to visit Triple Seven Chrysler in Regina. These guys make buying a new vehicle an enjoyable experience and actually work hard to make sure your business is appreciated and well received. I understand this account has no name associated with it, but I can certainly vouch for these guys. Love the new charger, Greg
