X2 Board

I was interested in a 2018 Highlander and visited the dealership last Friday 8th September. I was approached by a less than enthusiastic salesman who introduced himself and asked if he could help. He proceeded to show us the Highlander but failed to tell say anything that impressed us to the extent where we had to pry the information from him. We had done research prior to visiting the dealership and asked relevant questions.. his answers were definitely not reassuring and he even responded with shrugs at times. The experience left a lot to be desired. I think this has dulled my interest in Toyota and i am currently looking at similar vehicles from other manufacturers. It may have just been a bad day for this individual and he was temporarily off his game but it negatively impacted on the dealership and effectively reduced my interest in the car

Sana Terekh is awesome product specialist, out standing product specialist. easy going person. She explained me and described the product. I did not feel any kind of pressure on me. She speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian. The next time again it will go. She explained about the car and told all I wanted to know. I felt no suppression at me with her hand. Service just super.

Gave a very low trade in offer and didnt seem to be helpful on any form of a deal saying the pricing was completely fixed. Was hoping to make a deal right away for a fair price, but felt that was not an option. Tried to up sell on marginal things rather than talk details. I would say go there up front on what you want, or you will spend a lot of time wasted. Nice guys at least so maybe the company limits their ability to look after customers. Thought I would give a heads up for future google users.

You made it easy and the wait was not that long. Great waiting area with the followimg: ipads for customers for browsing, TV, coffee machine and muffins. Now I have to figure out how to get the BBQ to BC when I win the draw on August 1, 2016.
