From the time we stepped into Taylor Toyota, my wife and I were greeted and looked after so well. I was really impressed by this dealership and the staff. Of special mention are Alex Roy, who made us feel that we were really listened to, looked after and handled very professionally. Alex went out of his way to listen to us and in a short time found us the perfect next vehicle for us. We were moving from a Toyota Yaris to a Toyota RAV4. He had one coming in which suited us perfectly, equipment, colour and all! Not only that Alex went to bat for us to get us the best deal within our budget and made the little extras available to us as well. We must also mention Janson Gunderson the financial services manager who we dealt with when it came to the transaction and payments. The competence which he displayed when explaining the warranty and everything to us was par excellence!! both Alex and Janson looked after us through each and every step of this transaction and we have nothing but good reviews and referrals for this dealership and the team and in particular Alex and Janson whom we dealt with. We never felt pressurized or pushed into any purchase and never once felt any buyers remorse. Day of delivery, blew me away when the new car was waiting for us in the showroom complete with a big red bow on it!! I have bought many cars through my lifetime but this was a truly wonderful and very special experience at their Regina dealership. Alex didnt just sell us the car, he took time to explain each and every feature before we drove out of the dealership and followed up with us a couple of days later to see how we were enjoying our new ride and to see if we had other questions or concerns. Outstanding experience! My salesperson, Janson, was exceptional. He did not pressure, was attentive, answered all of my questions and bent over backwards to make the deal I wanted to make. The sales manager, Grant was involved, friendly and helped me feel like a valuable customer. The financing was done by Karen who was pleasant to talk to, and made all of the paperwork easy to understand. I have no doubt that my next purchase will be through Janson.
