Excellent experience so far - I emailed these guys with a question, and got a reply within hours on a Friday night, and then another reply to a subsequent inquiry on a Sunday. Mark was very good at answering my questions and giving me some advice on which battery to get for my Honda Shadow. My only hesitation was potentially waiting for it to ship - I didnt need it right away, but I didnt want to wait a week. With free shipping I thought for sure it would be the slow economy shipping - but I was going to save a good amount of money, so I went for it. I ordered the battery mid day on Tuesday and just saw on the Canada Post tracking site this morning that it is currently out for delivery in Vancouver - less than 3 full business days to arrive at my door is amazing - something that I thought was possible only if I lived in the US. Well folks, fast, good value online shopping has arrived in Canada! Thanks Sask Battery for making this a great experience : ) Will def come back to you and recommend you to all my friends.

Purchased a battery from them. Got it and it looks dirty and used with a torn label/sticker and scratched terminals. Called the manufacturer and they confirmed that these guys are NOT authorized dealers of their batteries AND according to the serial #, this battery was manufactured over a year ago!!! They claim all their batteries are FRESH STOCK (within 3 months of manufacture). Clearly used. When I complained, they expected me to pay to ship it back ($100) and then hope I get it refunded. Sorry, but when my entire sale is based on lies, I wont shell out a penny more. Forcing me to do a charge back on my credit card as their customer service sucks and they are unreasonable.

I would highly recommend using sask battery. I contacted Honda for the same battery and it 5x more expensive. Saskbattery were very quick with their response time responding to my emails. Upon ordering the product it got shipped the same day. Once again I would highly recommend Sask Battery. My motorcycle is back up and running and it was way more cost effective than going to the dealership.

Great service, at a great price. I found my car battery dead this morning when I was ready to leave for work. Sask battery ended up being cheaper than every place I called by $30-60. I got a jump start from a friend, brought my car by in the afternoon, and it was done in 15 minutes. The website could definitely use a modern update though.

The email response was quick and shipping time very quick. They are really fast to answer emails, but the battery they sent me only worked for 3 weeks. I did not hold its charge at all and I got stuck without power to start my bike, in downtown MTL after work. The material they sent me was not at all as good as advertised.

Very helpful! No fancy office, but thats ok!! Theres no bullcrap. Just straight-up great product and service. AND.....theyre camera batteries are WAAAY cheaper than Dons photo.... I used to pay $35 for 4 AA for my DSLR, and I found the same ones for approx $13. YOU do the math lol :)
