We rented a car from National though this Wheeler and Dealer. When we got a stone chip, we stopped by and spoke to the person who processed the paperwork (on a DOS program- you know, from the 80s?) He assued us that we would not be charged for it. Apparantly, the higher ups didnt see it this way. They did not stand behind his word, and a month later we were billed double the price of repair. I must also note that I bought a car soon after, which they had a duplicate of on their lot for 40% less than their asking price, from a GM dealer, with extended warranty and loan protection... I can recommend a dealer, and it is not these stereotypical used car salesmen.
