I needed a vehicle...NOW! However, with my very poor credit and a new job of only one and a half months, I wasnt sure where to turn. After being turned down by financial institutions and other dealerships (I needed to be past my probationary period and I needed a cosigner no matter what, which I didnt have) I took a chance and filled out a quick email query with Roadway. Within a few hours I was contacted by Deanna. I went in to meet with her later that day. Deanna was very respectful and understanding of my situation and treated me with kindness and courtesy. She and her finance team worked with me to find a vehicle to suit my needs, both physically and financially. There was no pressure; I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or being coerced into something I couldnt manage. Deanna explained their process of how they help rebuild a persons credit in terms I could understand. The next day I drove home with a sound vehicle and monthly payments that I could afford. They even helped me manage the down payment! I am so appreciative of their ability and desire to help people like me. Highly, highly, highly recommend their services!
