I am sorry to say, Your service SUCKS. I came there with my Mazda cx 7 to fix my Audio system. Guess what your service rep told me after holding my car for the entire day, i need to buy a brand NEW audio system has it needs a replacement with a quote of $2000. I went to a mechanic in east and fixed my audio system for $20 within couple of hours. I am not sure if its the way you work/ make money or if its a training issues. Anyways this incident made me aware that this will be my last visit to your service center. Many of my friends gave me negative feedback about you guys even before coming to your center but still i didnt believe it but now its very clear. Did i mention, i was charged for $150 by you guys to just tell me that i need to replace the audio system. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Mazda Regina gave us a very low offer for our trade in vehicles. The sales people are very friendly but I would not recommend Regina Mazda to anyone. We ended up going to VW and getting exactly what we were asking for in our trade in vehicles. If you are set on a Mazda and not willing to drive to Saskatoon, just know that they will low ball you more than other dealers on your trade in vehicles.

Great sales and service. My 2015 mazda was totalled in an accident. I called them and set up an appointment to buy another one because I love the car. They did everything to help. Gave me a loaner till my new one was ready. Helped get my old prorated warranty refunded. And made the experience wonderful! The staff is great!

One of the best family owned dealerships in the city. Great sales staff and service counter. I cant comment on the mechanics as they are the back end staff, but every service Ive had done there Ive never had a complaint. Mazda Regina is great for new and used vehicles which my family and I have all bought. Enjoyed every visit!
