These guys are the best, I will not go anywhere else as long as Im in Regina. They are friendly, reliable and honest. I took my Civic to Regina Honda where they told me that I had over $2,000 worth of damage. I took it to SGI where they said that until someone had a look underneath they werent sure if there was that much damage. I went to Regina Auto Body for a second opinion and to get it fixed if needed. They took a look and were completely honest with me and said they didnt see the damage. So although they could have fleeced me and SGI they didnt, and I was able to avoid taking the hit on my insurance. My car is currently getting fixed there (from a separate incident) and I needed something from my car and the receptionist was more than happy to have it ready for me at the front desk. Like I said, the customer service is unmatched, theyre extremely honest and trustworthy (hard to find in the industry) and I expect that when I get my car back next week itll look like new. Thanks!

Dont waste youre time going to these guys & their poor customer service! I went in to request a simple estimate on my car and the guy wanted me to pay for the estimate! Then he told me it wasnt worth his time to fix the damage ($1600 worth of damage quoted at other shops). Clearly they have ZERO customer service skills! I recommend going somewhere else as every other shop I went to was happy to give me a FREE estimate and service my car. I give this place a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR RATING! They were absolute JERKS! ...In response to the reply, thats not what happened, the car was fixed and the person paid by credit card to the shop, we profited nothing, you guys just think you know everything. I still recommend you dont waste your time with these clowns who dont know how to run a business or know what customer service is.

Having my car hit and run was an awful experience but the team at Regina Auto Body not only made my car look as good as new - and shinier than I could have ever imagined - but they also made me feel very welcome and valued. One thing I really appreciated is the note and magnet they left on my rearview mirror explaining how to care for my new paint job over the first 90 days. No other body shop has given me after care instructions before. There is a reason that RAB has been rated as number one auto body shop in Regina in the Prairie Dogs "best of" poll - their customer service and care is exceptional. I hope that I wont need their services in the future, as Id like my car to stay accident-free, but if I do have another "run in" with a jerk, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My car was involved in a hit and run while I was at work. Aside from the issues I had with SGI the team at RAB auto were great. I was contacted by email and phone call everytime. (Email was preferred method but the phone calls were a nice added touch). They explained to me all my questions as well as made everything flow smoothly from calling enterprise for pick up as well as for when my car was ready. It was also a nice added surprise to open my car to seeing my interior mats had even been cleaned (and i hate taking them out because they are hard to remove). Thanks for the quick work to getting my suv back to beautiful. Will be a repeat customer (hopefully not to often though)

Regina Auto Body was unbelievable. I called them from the accident when the Police were talking about towing the vehicle. They were genuinely concerned about my well being and asked if they needed to come and get me. They handled everything with SGI and had the vehicle towed there. They kept me informed daily including when they stopped work as they found more damage than SGI had estimated. In the end the vehicle was totalled which I will be forever grateful as less reputable shops may have tried to fix it within the estimate. My family has dealt there many times and all agree that they deserve a perfect score every time. Thank you Al Mc Donald

I brought my car here for a minor cosmetic fix. I had a broken reflector on my back bumper and the paint had been scratched as a result of somebody backing into my car. The shop arranged a rental car for me and I left it for two days. When I got my car back, the whole vehicle was like new! It is a 99 Sunfire and I hadnt seen it look so good in a long time. My bumper was new and the car was completely polished. I was satisfied with just that but then I realized that the inside of my car was also cleaned :) there was no dirt or dust anymore at all. Im very happy with R.A.Bs work. They went above my expectations. Thank you!

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Regina Auto Body this past week. Booking the appointment was a breeze and they immediately let me know a date and time to bring my car in. When I arrived at the shop they had a shuttle ready to take me to get a rental car. While the car was being repaired, they found additional damage on my vehicle that SGI missed in my original estimate, and were able to get parts in and make the repair very quickly. When I picked up my car it had been completely cleaned and looked great. The whole process was simple and painless! Thank you!

There have been two separate situation with two separate automobiles in which I have brought to Regina Auto Body. On both occasions the team looked to bend over backwards to please me. On my summer car, which is a classic, RAB had it looking pristine, like new. My jaw dropped when I saw it. On my truck, which is my daily driver, had it sparkling clean after I had brought in just filthy. The Mario Family know how to run a business and keep their customers happy. If you are as particular as I am about your automobile, take it down to Regina Auto Body

I was referred by a coworker to RAB and Im glad I was! My wife and I have each had our vehicle in to their shop and both times were painless and actually pleasant considering why we are there in the first place. The staff at RAB are super kind, caring, and accommodating and have nothing but the best interests in mind for their customers. If we ever need to take a vehicle in again, there is no decision as to where to take it; it will be to RAB.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried for 3 days to get a quote. Spoke with the same receptionist on every call. Was told I would get a call back. Call never came. When I called back two days later, was told the same thing; I would get a call back in 2 hours. This was days ago now. If your looking for good customer service I wouldnt suggest these guys.
