They have awesome customer service! Mike Wang was the best salesman we’ve ever met. He introduced the vehicle soooooo well with answering every tiny question conscientiously, and he helped us with EVERYTHING during our purchasing and after that. You can rarely see a diligent young person like him nowadays. We’ve visited several dealers when we prepared to buy a new SUV, and Regina Acura had a totally different style than them. Acura staff respect and value their customers, and the pre-sales salesman also takes care of the after-sale customer service. That’s amazing! Their sales manager Trisha is also awesome, and beautiful:) I considered that the salesman’s style was taught by their manager. This idea was verified when Trisha asked me if I and my kids needed any drink when we were waiting my husband’s test drive in the store. Of course Mike had already provided drinks for us. He even had told me where the washroom was before they left for the test drive, without being asked. Can you imagine how amazing customer service they have? I really like this dealer and I want all my friends know about it.

Absolutely terrible service - stay away if you can. We needed to make an warranty claim on the OEM tires, which according to our correspondence with Acura Canada, is covered under warranty. This dealership absolutely refused to help simply because there is little to no money to be made in such warranty claims. We called over 10 times and left numerous messages, yet no one made an real effort to get back to us. On one occasion the receptionist called back, telling us to contact Michelin. After I pushed back she agreed to forward our information to the manager - who did not call back. When we spent money on high margin items such as maintenance, the service was good. I think our poor experience with the tires was mostly due to the receptionist not doing her job. Hope this helped you make an informed decision.

The very first seconds I went in to look for a car, I was greeted with very friendly sales people. Very welcoming atmosphere. Both of the sales consultant (Mr. Rodriguez) and the Office Manager (Mr.Vataga) were very knowledgeable with their products. (Good sense of humour as well!) Very Honest people. They will tell you all of positive things but also the downside, which I really appreciate. :D They helped me through the whole process of buying my first car. Will certainly go back here for my 2nd car, 3rd, 4th,... :D
