We received poor service from Provincial Auto Body. When we dropped off our van (which was 100% drivable), I let them know that I very much needed it for a camping trip, so if the damage was going to take longer than a week to repair, please let me know so I could make alternate arrangements. Several days later, I tried to get status updates, with no success. Nobody seemed to know anything about my van. The day before we were to leave, I finally was able to talk to someone who could give me an answer (the owner). The answer he gave me was that the damage was more extensive than they had thought, so would need to keep the van for another week. I asked if we could get it back for the camping trip, and he said no, it was all taken apart. When I expressed my frustration that this is EXACTLY the situation I wanted to avoid, and that we had let them know this, the owner replied, "Hey man, I wasnt the one who smashed up your van."

I took my vehicle here for an SGI claim which was a poor decision! First off, it took an additional two weeks from the day they said it would be fixed. They were supposed to fix the seat, the door and the front fender. Now the door does not close properly, the got a new leather cover but the seat backing has now fallen off, the fender looks good but in the light the paint does not match. I was very unsatisfied! When I picked the vehicle up I said I was not satisfied. They took the courtesy car back and said that the only way to get my vehicle out of their shop was to sign the SGI form saying I was satisfied with the work, which I was not. Then when I talked to SGI after signing and getting my vehicle back, I can only take it back to provincial, which made a mess of my vehicle, to fix my vehicle properly!!!! I will just have to bite the bullet and pay for the repairs myself. I would advise against taking your vehicle here.

This was my third time returning to Provincial Auto Body with my vehicle (I have unfortunate luck) and each and every time that I have been there I have been provided the best customer service. This last time in particular stood out for me. I took my car in on a Wednesday, and received a call on Friday afternoon that it was ready to be picked up. Not only that - a part was missing from a car from a previous autobodys repair work and noted in my adjustment as missing but was not indicated that it was to be ordered. Mr. Jellinski ordered the part for me and put it in - free of charge! I am incredibly pleased with the service that I continuously get from the wonderful people at Provincial Auto Body and would recommend them to everybody.

I come here whenever I need my car fixed. The owner, Lori, is a great guy, and very friendly. They always go the extra mile to make sure my car comes out great. Definitely recommend!
