Theres doing a decent job, theres going above and beyond, and then theres exceeding all expectations of what constitutes customer service. Despite a busy schedule, Will and the team at Novus in Regina generously made time to diagnose and repair a faulty installation so I could get back on the road for the long drive home. Their website says, "Our primary goal is complete customer satisfaction for the work we do." Their professionalism proves this in spades.

Quick and efficient service. Comfortable waiting room. Excellent work. Repairs usually take under an hour. Replacement depends on the window and the vehicle but generally takes between one and three hours. There is a mall nearby as well as a variety of shops which is nice if you are having a replacement

Called to book an appointment, and was treated poorly. The woman who answered was very rude and didnt seem to care about my business. Luckily, I went with another shop that was far more than accommodating and exceeded my expectations.

Staff are super friendly and understanding. I live just outside of town and it seems I get a stone chip every few months. I always take my car to Novus and never have to wait more than an hour. Keep it up!

Quick service! Pulled into the service bay at 7:45 for a stone chip repair, and it was done well before noon when I picked it up. Job was done perfectly, can barely tell where the chip was!
