Long story short: I will never be using Midas again. Kim (the manager) is a liar and offers terrible quality, plus poor customer service. He cant even talk to a displeased customer who is speaking kindly without getting defensive and loud. They damaged my car and now I will be getting it fixed elsewhere. Ive already contacted Midas customer care and if this doesnt get resolved, I will continue to give Midas as a company poor reviews while escalating this as far as it will go.

My Midas experience was absolutely perfect! I called on a Saturday and they booked me in right away. I had an oil change and had my tires rotated. They were fast, professional and it only cost me $50 bucks! AAA+ all around.
